Now-a-days this temple became very much materialistic. Just take the money from Devotee and forget about them. Don't have clue how and where this money goes. Recently I have paid $251 for annadana on a weekend in the memory of my dad, to my surprise nothing was mentioned on that day. Information desk is very arrogant. After I show my receipt, they did not care. Same thing with priests over there. I have spend approximately $200 for memorial service, the priest, who is considered as prime there, fail to tell few good words after spending on pooja for 10 min. (for that one has to do 2 hour journey). Look at each priest when you go next time, they are all watching for a guy who can give them more donation. TTD should rotate priests here yearly or two year basis other wise, they will become rotten tomatoes. more

I have not seen any temple so well performing authentic Hindu pujas. Priests are highly trained and knowledgeable in Hindu Religious practices. I notice that the Anna Dana program provides FREE food to everyone, at any time during the weekends and most weekdays. They do Human Services through local organizations. They have many FREE Cultural events. Their Youth and Education programs are simply great. People just love this place for all types of vibrant Community Activities. more

I got this priest for my marriage , the temple wanted 150$ ( well he told them its for some pooja) and at the marriage hall he demanded 750$! well had to part with the money as things were going fine at the wedding . more

This is without doubt the best Hindu Temple in the Bay area. It is big, well organised, clean and has something for everyone. They also conduct puja's for your special occasions, and I love to just sit on the clean temple floor, relax and put your mind as ease. Go on a sunday, and there is a good chance that you will be served lunch for free. Do not forget to donate some money for a good cause :) After all, you want good Karma, dont you ? :) more
