I HAVE TAPE RECORDED PHONE CALLS AND PICTURES AMOUNG MANY OTHER NAMES OF PARENTS TO PROVE THAT THIS SCHOOL IS ABUSING OUR KIDS. A BRUISE WAS LEFT ON MY SECOND GRADERS ARM FOR TALKING IN THE CAFITERIA, AFTER THE TEACHER ADMITTED TO JERKING MY KID AROUND THEN SHE WAS NEVER ARRESTED AND NO CHARGES WERE FILED. THE POLICE SAID ABUSE IN THE SCHOOL IS A SCHOOL BOARD MATTER AND I HAVE IT ALL ON TAPE. I HAVE THE POLICE, THE SCHOOL, AND CHILDREN SERVICES TO PROVE NO ONE WOULD DO THEIR JOB AND ENFORSE MY CHILDS RIGHT NOT TO BE ASSULTED. I HAD TO REMOVE MY KIDS FROM THIS SCHOOL IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEM FROM ABUSE. I HAVE ALL TAPES TO PLAY FOR ANYONE TO SHOW HOW THE LOCAL POLICE AND ALL HANDLED THIS SITUATION. I ALSO HAVE NUMEROUS PARENTS WHO HAVE WITNESSED THEIR KIDS BEING TREATED LIKE THIS. IF YOU WANNA HEAR THE TAPES OR SEE THE PICTURES AND GET A LITTLE TASTE OF WHAT GOES ON IN THIS TOWN LET ME KNOW IM HAPPY TO PLAY THEM FOR EVERYONE!!
****************************************************************Here is what happened, My second grader was talking in the lunch line on the way to lunch. A teacher saw her talking and felt she should not have been so she proceeded to take my daughter by the arm and drag her to the back of the line. As she did this she squeezed my childs arm so that she left a bruise.
Later that day I and my husband went to the school with our child, of course the school called the police and they showed up immediatly, yet on the phone calls I have with them begging someone to come out to my home and talk to her and see this bruise the police all told me they could not help me.
While we were there my daughter told all what happened and pointed the teacher out. The teacher then said in front of 5 other people quote "did I grab you that hard" Un Quote.
After we heard that we felt that was a clear admission she had done what my child was saying happened. We asked for charges to be filed due to the nasty bruise that was left on my daughters arm. The police actually threatened us that if we didnt calm down we would be arrested. I guess you dont have a right to be upset when someone leaves a bruise on your kid at the school. Needless to say not a darn thing was done about this. I am pretty smart when dealing with people that I know are lying and how people get away with it when in certain jobs so I went to radio shack and got me a tape recorder several months before this happened because of what was going on there. So I have the police, children services, and the school, on tape recorded calls telling me its not abuse when a teacher grabs or leaves bruises on your child. Well if thats the case then its not a crime to do this only in Hillsboro, Ohio.
I have the tapes and will gladly play them for anyone.I also have pictures dated and time on them within 10 minutes of picking my child up from school that day. I also have a list of names I can give of other parents who can confirm they have had the same problems and even have seen this going on.
I want to also for the record say that my daughter WAS talking in line when probably not supposed to but the way it was handled was extreme and out of line. I feel my children and yours deserve better class people if this is the best kind of people they can staff that building with. I also do not agree with the janitors being allowed to boss our kids around and yell at them in the lunch room. I have seen this with my own eyes and so have many other parents who visited the lunch room last year. If anyone wants to talk or see/hear what I have please contact me.
And the old saying is true, Its who ya know. Becuase this person is known in town it was overlooked what they did. Its a sad truth.
