Hill Country Pest Control

I was referred to Hill Country by a neighbor who had used Hill Country for over 13 years and loved the service. I had enough of the 'other' companies and needed to try someone new. JC came over and took care of our bug problems and was very knowledgeable about the kind of bugs in our home. Scorpions are the main pest in our neighborhood and he was able to control them for our neighbors and finally for our home too. I have told several other friends about his services and they too are impressed. more

After reading the reviews on this page I decided to hire JC to do our treatment. The scorpions and ants came back and I called about 5 different times with no response. All this within two months of the 3 month warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We just hired ABC Pest Control. more

I wanted to warn everyone about Hill Country Pest Control. Almost two months ago I had the owner of Hill Country Pest Control come to my home to do a wasp treatment. I specifically asked the owner of Hill Country Pest Control if there is warranty for the work to which he responded there is a two month warranty. Less than a month after he did the treatment, I noticed the work wasn't done properly so I called the owner about this and he set a time to come over and redo the treatment. I waited for him to come over and he never showed up or called. I called twice and left messages to which he didn't respond or call back. I finally got a hold of him (after leaving a message for the third time), and he promised to come back and redo the treatment. The day he was supposed to come over once again he didn't show up or call. After over half of dozen calls he still has not called back or even attempted to fulfill his warranty... he didn't even have the decency to try to call and try to make things right. I don't want anyone else to go through what i experienced so I am posting this for your consideration. more

JC immediately becomes a part of your family the second he walks in your door. He is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet which makes it always fun to see him each quarter. That being said, he also is a whiz at keeping the varmints away! Rodents, scorpions, insects, wasps, snakes... whatever is creeping around will be history once JC darkens their door. He is affordable, and if any problems arise between his next scheduled spray, he will come and take care of it at no extra charge. I can not recommend Hill Country Pest Control more. JC Carrillo operates his business the way all service industry businesses should be run- with professionalism, care, promptness and detail. His warm personality and pleasantness is an added bonus! JC of Hill Country Pest Control was terrific! He showed up on time, was very courteous and did the job to my satisfaction. I am a hard to please customer!
