Fantastic, caring place for pets! 9/18/2009

I have a mobile animal vet. for my 3 dogs however, on this particular day one of my dogs needed a sick visit and my vet was all booked up. Because it was still early enough in the afternoon she suggested I try calling an animal hospital first instead of a 24 hour emergency clinic, to see if they had any openings since my pet needed to be seen and checked out right away. I called Kingston Animal Hospital right away at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon, explained the situation and they told me that they could see me at 4:30! We were greeted right away by their professional and caring staff and Dr. DeMarco saw us immediately. After a few x-rays, medications and instructions we were sent on our way. The bill was A LOT LESS than what I fully expected to pay and I would use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Pros: The staff are awesome & costs are very reasonable. Cons: Crossing traffic when leaving esp. during rush hour. more

Wouldn't go anwhere else, by Molly N 8/18/2009

My mom had been bringing our pets to the Plymouth Animal Hospital for years, but recently after becoming a part of VCA, it has really become just a business, with little regard for the feelings of the pet owners. We took a chance and brought our Min-Pin to Kingston Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Sharon Davis. We sat in the waiting room no longer than 5 minutes before we were called in. She was very friendly and informative. She has a great way of explaining things to us and of interacting with our dog. She brought our little guy out back to the technicians to run some tests and have his nails trimmed. A few minutes later, a technician came out cradling him in his arms as if he were a baby. When the test results came back, Dr. Davis called my mom personally to let her know that everything was normal. I knew right away that this was the right decision. We have been back twice since, and each time we are met with the same enthusiastic staff and doctors. If you are looking for a small ""family-style"" verterinary clinic, you may want to try Kingston Animal Hospital. Pros: Extremely friendly and caring doctors and staff. Cons: Parking lot is a bit small more
