Heritage Floral Shoppe

BUYER BEWARE. My mother called this florist (she doesn't live in Ambridge), and placed an order to be delivered to a family friend's memorial service. She had asked for some suggestions for an arrangement, and the woman at Heritage went on and on about how beautiful the lilies and roses they had were. So my mother asked for an arrangement of those. Instead, she arrives and finds an arrangement including mostly sunflowers (?!?). For a man's passing (!?!). She was sure there was some mistake, called and spoke with the same woman, who said they had merely agreed on a ""mixed flower"" arrangement. She would NOT send another arrangement, but was willing to give a 10% discount -- not particularly generous, considering we probably received leftover flowers that they had on hand. Love the reviews you will probably read below, doubtless they are friend and family reviews. Don't believe them! Beautiful shop! I'm glad that we stopped in to order flowers, it gave us a chance to see the newly remodeled store. They now carry lots of unique gift items, a long with a large variety of plants and beautiful fresh flowers. The soothing music playing in the background with such a pleasent scent in the air makes it very inviting. I like what they've done!! Pros: Parking available, nice outdoor garden area more
