I'm not a used car salesman... 10/21/2010

We were referred here by our pediatrician due to our sons recurrent ear infections...most likely because it was next door; nevertheless, we will not be returning. The front desk receptionist was short and rude as we were obviously bothering her with our new patient forms. The nurse, however, was very pleasant and the P.A. Wendy was excellent and took her time with our son who got tired real quick of the ear prodding. The Dr, who I'll keep nameless, was the worst Dr. we've ever seen. He quite literally, came in, recited the ear tube shpeel without even a greeting, asked the P.A. if he missed anything, and stood blankly looking at us. I mentioned that I think we'd like to make an 8 week follow up appointment that to give us time to talk about it and assess his ears at that point, and to that the doctor says ""Well, I'm not a used car salesman!"" Without getting into what I did and should have said. We're not going back for the 8 week visit. more

Doctor's know when to refer 7/15/2009

Both my sons are patients of Dr. Lemburg and it's been nothing but a positive experience for each of them. My youngest son had his tonsils/adenoids removed due to sleep apnea and my oldest son had more going on then just infections and after a CAT scan the doctor knew it was out of his league and immediately referred us to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I am very grateful because if my son had never had that CAT scan it would ultimately lead to greater hearing loss and more bone loss in his ears. Pros: friendly staff Cons: wait times can be on the long side more

I could understand your frustration. My question to you is have you had any bad experience with this office as far as a procedure. The reason I ask is I'm scheduled for surgery next week and any information would be appreciated. Pros: thorough Cons: a bit rushed more

AVOID!!!!!!! 3/19/2008

I would not recommend this ""association"". I have many complaints that can be listed but I only have 1881 characters left. Let me start out by telling you that in my entitled opinion, this company has one thing and one thing only on their mind.....$$$$$$$$$. Yes, taking your money at all costs, to you of coarse! Taking your hard earned money with services that have not been provided. Better yet, charging for office visits which never take place. Office visits in which other appointments are moved up into your slot, (no money/time lost) so you end up being charged and never were seen by a doctor or stepped foot in the office. The best part is, the doctor and staff end up leaving the office early at your expense. Call it a days bonus I guess. Before you ask the question (did you try to resolve this?) I?ll submit to you, Yes, I did! I had a valid family emergency and this office did not care to hear or honor it on the day of the appointment in question. Furthermore, I was apparently given and explained a policy over the phone which might I add, I have yet to see or sign. On the same note, the office cannot provide me with a copy of that so called ?policy? that was given to me. Had I ever stepped foot in that office (and I won?t) then, maybe I would have had the opportunity to hear of, see, or even sign a policy statement. So in closing, I caution those who have yet to deal with this office, pity those who have, and invite any rebuttals to this review. After all, should the tables be turned and the doctors office need to close for an emergency, or inclement weather, should we attempt to charge them for money/time we lost? Are you kidding, we would be laughed at for thinking this, AS SHOULD THEY! Cons: You name it! more
