A friend of mine refered me to Haynes Run. I Love it here. I have a private balcony that backs up to the woods. I can sit on it with my friends have a drink and not be bothered. I have a washer and dryer in my unit (no more laundromat, yeah). I love my neighbors too. When I first moved in I accidentally left my house keys in my door. My neighbor knocked to let me know what I had done, we've been great friends since. We look out for each other. The girls in the office were great. I was such a pain when I was trying to decide where to move, I probably drove them nuts. When I asked Tammy about the crime because I had read some unfavorable reviews about Haynes Run, she told me to go right to the Medford Police and speak with them. I am so glad she did that the officer their was a great help to me, I actually got to rule out some of the other apartments I was looking at based on what he told me. I actually looked at this apartment 3 times before I moved in and every time Elizabeth showed it to me and answered all 100 of my questions she was as gracious as the last. I have had some minor maintenance issues which were handled promptly and I was happy with the finished work. If I had to give you a con about Haynes Run it would have to be the insects. If you are a bugafobic don't move here. Its a wooded area so I understand that I get spiders and ants etc. but as a woman I don't like insects. For me the pro's out way the cons. If you are looking for a nice place to live check Haynes Run out.
Pros: It's quiet and peaceful
Cons: It a wooded area so their is lots of insects.
