My mother spent over 3500.00 cash on a set of dentures here, and she cannot wear them they were made completely wrong and don't even fit in her mouth. The teeth are flaking apart and the gums area have a glue type substance all over them where the teeth attach to them. We have made several attempts to make contact with Dr. Kirk in person and over the phone and he will not speak with any of us on the matter. His wife Denise is no help either she will only say he has done this for a long time so he could not have made them wrong they wont even attempt to correct them or make any since of this for us. DENISE said Dr. Kirk says he will not do anything more. SO...... we have had to go to another dentist and purchase another set of dentures that are prefect for a fraction of the cost Harrah family dentistry charged inn the first place, AND SHE LOVES THE NEW SET THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE JUNK WE RECIEVED FROM DR. KIRK! They have basically stolen over $3500.00 dollars from my mother. more
