They have a very good technician there, their rates are very reasonable, and the people are friendly and not at all pushy. I have had 3 bikes repaired - 1 was a bike with a motor kit on the back. They didn't like that very much, but my problem was just with the shifter and I talked them into replacing it - $25. Another was a broken wire on the brake on my son's bike, and that was fixed right away for $25. Then I got a used Trek bike for assembly - cost was $85, but it took 10 days to get it back. I am sure it is a busy time of year, May 1. They are often closed on Sunday, which seems odd to me.
