I like my new repair car the mechanics are the best in the world made it possible for my car to run the same like back back then! They are the best! Thanks

Took the time after diagnosing the car to explain everything to us. Turns out it wasn't quite as bad a problem as we thought when we brought it in. So thorough! I was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail that they used to examine my car...right down the tires! I only wanted the radiator leak checked out but Dave professionally went step by step telling what I needed now and what I should be saving up for (timing belt & tires!). I had a fantastic experience with Hans Auto Imports. They were extremely knowledgeable about my BMW and immediately gave me confidence to trust them with my car. Not only that, but I felt comfortable spending the money with these experts knowing my car would be well taken care of. They thoroughly explained every detail of the repair and even took pictures during the repair to document each step. They also called me during the repair and texted me pictures to ask me what I wanted them to repair. They were extremely respectful and courteous, and it is clear they pride themselves on treating customers openly and honestly - something I am sure many other people have noticed about these professionals. It is rare to find a mechanic honest enough to tell you exactly what your car needs and then actually document their entire work flow to show you during and after the job to prove their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended. more
