I took a jacket there to be altered for a very important event which she was aware of. I droped it off on a tuesday and was told that it would be ready the following tuesday. She called me the following monday and asked if thursday would be ok. Stating that she had some yard work she would like to get done. I said that would be fine. I called he thursday to let her know I was on my way to pick it up. She said it wasn't ready but would be ready by 3pm friday and that I should call her when i was on my way. I called at 3 but there was no answer so I left a message. I tried again at 5:30 and she answered and said it wasn't done yet then hung up on me. I called right back and she said that it was 99% done and I could pick it up at 8. I called at 8 but again no answer. Called back again and a man answered the phone and said it still wasn't done so I said I was coming to get it at 9. When I got there at 9 the man showed me that nothing had been done yet. the work wasn't even started. So I took the jacket to have altered somewhere else. Chosing this particular tailor was a complete waste of time!!! Bottom line it will take you a week and a half to get your garment back just the way it was when you took it in.
Cons: This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen.
