I have been using Hancock Pediatrics for about 5 years and I really like the service I have received. The phone is answered quickly when you call to make an appointment or ask a question and appointments are set up quickly. If you need an appointment that day they will fit you in. the wait to see the Dr is pretty short and the Dr's are great and have a really good bedside manner with the kids. I also think that the payment process is very quick and efficient and I have never had a problem with them not submitting everything to my insurance company correctly. I would really recommend Hancock Pediatrics for your kids.
