My husband and I made reservations on a credit card for this hotel. We ran late and had to cancel the first night, but told the hotel we were coming in the 2nd night and not to cancel our reservation. This was over 4th of July weekend. When my husband and I arrived, our room that had been reserved with a credit card was not available. There was no other rooms to be had on the island. When I contacted the owner-manager he told me he was sorry, but mistakes happen. I asked him what I was going to do since it was 4th of July weekend and there was nothing available. He basically said that he couldn't help me. He could have cared less. He was more interested in getting bigger bucks for the rooms. I was quite annoyed since it was 9:30 at night and all I got was ""I don't care attitude."" Finally the owner told me in a loud vice over the phone, ""Get out of my hotel now."" Real professional. This owner-manager is rude and arrogant and lacksd customer service skills. I wrote the corporate offices about him.
