I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN GRUMBINE'S RV CENTER AGAIN!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD SOOOOOOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM FIXING MY RV CORRECTLY. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER RV DEALER AND GOT THE REPAIRS FIXED THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE. THE LAST BAD EXPIERENCE WAS LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED TO ORDER A PART & WAS PROMISED I WOULD HAVE IT BY THE END OF THE WEEK. FRIDAY CAME & STILL NO PART. (THE PARTS DEPT IS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE)HERE IT IS TUES OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK & I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED A CALL THAT THE PART IS IN. WELL....... THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IT!!!!!!!!! . NEVER AGAIN .\r DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER EVER!!! more

This is an incredible tale of two separate buyers experiencing the same bad service from grumbine's rv center. I happened to read ripoff report and was shocked by the same practice of neglect, misconceptions and misleading information. If you must purchase from this dealer, be extra knowledgeable about the item you about to purchase. Better yet have a rv mechanic, a lawyer, an accountant and a sheriff on speed dial. more

I wouldnt even give this company a star unless i had to!!! My husband and I just purchased our very first trailer at this facility. They were great while we were signing the papers, but after the sale, it's as if we didn't exist!! The A/C didn't work the first time we went into our 2012 NorthTrail after bringing it home. The company was contacted. My husband drove the unit back to Grumbine's, a 70 mile ride, and were expecting him just to unhitched and leave. After demanding to be seen, the problem was solved within 20 minutes. That's after I spoke with an employee who compared our $30,000 camper to a $30 blender!!!! I'm sorry, but I feel the two items are not in the same ballpark!!! I felt completely insulted, and no one seemed to care. I contacted the GM, who was equally not helpful and unconcerned. He said he would look into the situation and follow up with me in a few days after taking my contact info. My husband is the one received a call........a week and a half later!!!!! And the only reason, I feel, we even got a call was because we placed complaints with Camping World directly. This company has no interest in helping customers after the sale. We are extremely disappointed with the experience, and will not be returning to Grumbine's for ANYTHING!!!!!! more

ever since mr grumbine pass away we had a lot of problems ever since myers took over we went there for a new table this is our second one we just paid one hundreds and 9 dollars for it and they made us pay ahead but they did say nothing about shiping and handling and now they want to make us pay over one hundreds for shiping that were they get u when u buy something they wait till its here then they want more money out of u more
