I wouldnt even give this company a star unless i had to!!! My husband and I just purchased our very first trailer at this facility. They were great while we were signing the papers, but after the sale, it's as if we didn't exist!! The A/C didn't work the first time we went into our 2012 NorthTrail after bringing it home. The company was contacted. My husband drove the unit back to Grumbine's, a 70 mile ride, and were expecting him just to unhitched and leave. After demanding to be seen, the problem was solved within 20 minutes. That's after I spoke with an employee who compared our $30,000 camper to a $30 blender!!!! I'm sorry, but I feel the two items are not in the same ballpark!!! I felt completely insulted, and no one seemed to care. I contacted the GM, who was equally not helpful and unconcerned. He said he would look into the situation and follow up with me in a few days after taking my contact info. My husband is the one received a call........a week and a half later!!!!! And the only reason, I feel, we even got a call was because we placed complaints with Camping World directly. This company has no interest in helping customers after the sale. We are extremely disappointed with the experience, and will not be returning to Grumbine's for ANYTHING!!!!!!
