Henry Griffin is a friend, and has been for years, so that is the primary reason I use them. We use them for our automobile insurance. We haven't had very many claims, and the claim we had was a long time ago. more

Griffin Insurance has been convenient for us, and I like that it is a locally owned business. We get better, local customer service. I have never called and received the run around. I always get someone on the other end. Because they are locally owned, and a family owned business, I feel like I am dealing with a family instead of with a large company. I get personal and one-on-one attention as opposed to how I get treated at big companies. We have used Griffin Insurance for 7 or 8 years for both our car and home insurance. more

I was paying $500 for my home and auto, umbrella insurance through a national insurance company. Griffin Insurance Company shops through multiple companies to get the best deal, and they cut my insurance by $250. I am paying half of what I had been. They have excellent customer service. They represent multiple companies which means they can get the best value for their customer. Large insurance companies don't have that choice and stick with one rate. They do what is best for themselves. Griffin Insurance does what is best for me, which I prefer. more

They are very friendly at Griffin Insurance Company. The girls there are always available when I need them, and I can always get a hold of them. I have been using Griffin Insurance for at least 10 or more years. When Henry first opened I used him, but used someone else for a little while after my divorce. I refer people to them all the time because they are really good people. more

I actually had 2 accidents, neither were my fault, and I never had to wait on anything with Griffin Insurance Company. I have been using them for about 6 years. When I called to make a payment, one of the ladies told me that she thought I could get a better rate, and explained why. She ended up getting me a much lower monthly rate. They are really good, and very professional. I have never had any problems. I can always just call to make payments. They will mail me receipt if I want it. I have recommended them to a lot of people. I have had my mom, dad, step-mom, brother, and cousin switch over to Griffin Insurance Company. more

We have lived in Georgia for 8 or 9 years and have been a customer of Griffin Insurance Company ever since we move here. When we first arrived our neighbor, Crista, worked for them, and she got us a quote and told us about the service. She took really good care of us, and has ever since. Everyone at the office is nice and completely on top of things. Crista has been excellent. It is important to me that if I have a problem I can call Crista at the office and she will look into it for me. I don't have to wade through the internet or a call system; I can get them quickly by phone. It is a local business. I really like the personal touch. more

Griffin Insurance Company helped me get auto insurance and answered all of my questions. I initially had a policy with a different firm but had to cancel my insurance with them when my car had problems. When I wanted to go back to that firm, they wanted to charge me double, so I switched to Griffin Insurance. Griffin's quote was less than the one I got from the other company, even though both companies were getting the insurance from the same provider. So, Griffin was doing something right. With Griffin, I have had no problem getting my questions answered and whenever I need them, they are there. Their customer service is very good. more

I am a contractor and initially heard about Griffin Insurance Company through word of mouth. Eveyrone kept saying their name and that they were a good company to work with. I have been with Griffin Insurance for about 3 years now and I have most of my insurance through them, including vehicle and business insurance. The nice thing about Griffin is that I know I can count on them. If I call them with a problem, small or large, I want to know that they can take care of it. They can and they do, though I have not had any major problems. They are great people, very professional, and get things done quickly. If I ask them to forward something to a customer for me, they do it. They are very customer-oriented. Not only are they very prompt at getting things done but they stand behind what they say they do.
