I am NOT at all pleased with this GREYHOUND service. I called to ask the time of a departure and I was on my phone for about two hours trying to get in touch with some one. NO ONE picked up the phone for TWO HOURS!!!! And finally when some one DID pick up, the lady was very rude and had a bad attitude! She put me on hold for 11 minutes. And i called back numerous times, but the phone was busy and still remains busy. If she does not like her job, or does not wish to do her job, then she shouldn't work there! They lost my service!
