A great place. It was my first time to go to Greg's Automotive and they did more for me than my friends or family have EVER done for me....The people at Greg's Auto came through for me and were honest with me. Disappointing service 10/28/2013

Made an appt and dropped my car off at 7 am, car not done until 5pm, was a little disappointed in service was told that my car would be done at noon what if I would have spent my lunch break coming to get my car and then what??? , don't ever feel like they remember who I am even when I make an appointment. I understand they have a lot customers but I always feel like a stranger that should just go to another place. Very disappointing service. more

Not for the first time, Greg has come through for me in a pinch. He went above and beyond what anyone else would do to make me a happy customer. No one else will work on my car as long as they are open. more
