The best Medical Clinic I have been to in years. The staff was friendly, The lab techs are awesome and care about you. Dr. McGrady was very nice and not arrogant at all. He took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed like most doctors do. After years of searching I have finally found the right doctor. more

This is the worst medical clinic in the city. The staff are not only rude, but ignorant. Dr. McGrady is incompetent and his nurse Bill is frightening. The receptionist stays outside smoking most of the time, but when she is inside, she shouts your medical information across the waiting room. more

Deerfoot Internal Medicine is one of the best medical facilities in the country and I know as I've lived all over the country. Dr. Flippo has been treating members of my family and me for over 6 years.He is a physician/healer and goes beyond what is expected of him toward your wellness. He is a great diagnostician and cares for his patients. He and his staff have great bedside manner. Not only is this a great place for a good diagnosis, but the treatment and follow-up is also worth commenting about. We even have family members who are often not satisfied with their diagnosis or cannot get one and Dr. Flippo unselfishly reviews their records, tests, whatever we've asked of him and he receives nothing for this but respect. He has been accurate everytime. I highly recommend him and his office for you and your family if you want exceptional care. more

went in because I was sick and to establish a new doctor. Dr. Flippo was very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff of the office made me feel like I had been a patient for years. more

My father liked Dr.Flippo and had the misfortune of being misdianosed not once but twice.The first time he kept treating him for stomach troubles and it actually turned out to be a heart attack and arteries so blocked that he had quadruple bypass surgery.The second time, just a few years later he wasn't so lucky.My father had a sore on his tongue that Dr. Flippo said was a infected taste bud.He treated him for months with no improvement.After talking my Dad into seeing a ENT, he was immediately diagnosed with stage IV tongue cancer.The cancer was so obvious the ENT couldn't beleiive Dr. Flippo had been treating him for a infected taste bud.My Dad endured all the radiation and chemotherapy they could give him, he had a complete glossectomy ( removal of his tongue ) and had a horrible quality of life.He was 59 when he died. Dr.flippo is in it for the money it's not about doing a good job.Please don't trust your life to him. more

I have been seeing Dr. Mcgrady for 15 years. He is sometimes arrogant, but they all are. Dr. McGrady's nurse Bill is one of the most professional people I have ever met. He works hard to take care of the many patrons of Dr. McGrady.. Bill is reason enough to see Dr. McGrady. Pros: Really good Doctors Cons: crummy hours more

I have been a patient of Dr. Flippo for years... He is a GREAT Doctor and very personable. My visits to Deer Foot Internal Medacine have always been plasent and helpful. I live in Cullman, Al and Dr Flippo's office is 56 miles one way to make my appointments. The drive is WELL worth the service I receive. I could go to another Doctor that is alot closer.. I live 1 mile from a local hospital. There is no way I would trust anyone else but DR. Flippo to provide me with the medical care and advise in which my visits consist of. DR. There is a clerk or nurse there that really needs to be fired. I know she handles RX refills, but I also believe that I've dealt with her on scheduling an appointment too. She is rude, not responsive, and somewhat incapable. She is pitiful about returning calls too. This is not a one time occurrence either. Pros: Dr Prelipcean is caring, and competent Cons: Rx & appointment personnel need to be fired more

I would not recomend going to Deerfoot Internal Medicine. If their is one member of the staff that is unprofessional, then that reflects the staff as a whole. If their is one member of the staff that is rude, then that effects the staff as a whole. If their is one member of the staff that after a bad experience, has changed your view of the entire establishment as a whole, then that is the establishment problem as a whole. This member unfortunatley has ruined my thoughts of Dr. Flippo, only because he allows her to be apart of his team. He took the oathand unfortunatley has not live up to his high standards. It only takes one person and I promise you will never see me back there again. more

Mostly, the doctors and nursing staff are caring and competent people. As always, there is one exception to the rule. There is a member of Dr. Flippo's nursing staff who needs an attitude adjustment and also need a lot of work on her bedside manner. She doesn't listen to the patient and has a overall 'I don't care attitude'. It's always a pleasure to get past her and talk with the doctor. Pros: Sincere, caring doctors Cons: nursing staff more

Doctors there are great, But there is one person doctor (P)'s (want to be nurses assistant) there wants tries to play doctor. Very unprofessional on the way she address the doctors patients.She speaks before she thinks. She reads peoples files and comes to her own ideals as to what she thinks is best..But besides that one amature everyone there is nice and fine. Pros: great office staff and doctors Cons: doctor (P) 's got one assistant (M) that is not mature enough to be working with Public. more
