I ordered flowers for my wife this morning for our Anniversary. It's always a surprise. As usual GREENBRIER FLORIST told me they could deliver them today. Fine. They didn't ask when they needed to be delivered and I didn't tell them by 4:30. They actually said they would get them there this morning, no time mentioned. Kimberly was the person I talked with. I knew they hadn't been delivered by just before 4 pm because my wife always calls me when she gets them. I called GREENBRIER FLORIST and told them the flowers hadn't been delivered yet and asked where their delivery person was so I'd have an idea whether I needed to tell my wife to stay a little longer, spoiling the surprise but at least having them delivered to her today. I was told that my wife was the next stop, in about 10 minutes. That was fine, because it was around 4 pm. My wife left at 4:30, without the flowers, not even knowing they had been ordered. I called GREENBRIER FLORIST and was told they were delivered at 4:32! The delivery person probably got held up in traffic. Give me a break! First if I'm told 10 minutes, it should be close to that. Second, if he was held up in traffic why not call and let me know?? He had a phone and I would have asked my wife to wait a bit. I was in business for 50 years! I know what courtesy and customer service is. GREENBRIER FLORIST DOESN'T POSSESS IT. I have been using them for almost 28 years but I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I do not recommend GREENBRIER FLORIST TO ANYONE FOR ANY TYPE OF FLOWERS! DON'T GET BURNED! IT ONLY TAKES ONCE TO RUIN AN EVENT. more

Did not make delivery 3/11/2014

Terrible Service! If I could do negative numbers I would! I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my fiancés work and they didn't show up on time. They knew they were going to be late but didn't feel the need to call me. They showed up late, after she left work and then called her and asked her to come back to pick them up! How is that delivery! I called them and they felt that a simple sorry was good enough. Absurd! Can't believe how this company is still operational. more

Customer service, not here! 1/10/2012

We had ordered an arrangement using pro-flower, however Greenbrier Florist got the order wrong and sent the wrong order, they left the order on the front door without knocking even though we were home. After calling the florist and telling them that the order was incorrect they said a new delivery would be made 2 days latter which was fine because it was a birthday present and that was the actual birth date. Well the day came and instead of leaving the order like they did last time they left a note of which I called back to the florist to arrange for the driver to come back out, keep in mind this is still over 2 hours before they close. Well they cant do that so they were going to deliver the flowers now a day late and they have to pick up the order that was incorrect in the first place. Never have I had such issues with a florist and never have I had such poor service. Do yourself a favor and skip this florist, or if you order using pro flowers or like company ensure they are not more

Save your money and shop somewhere else 12/20/2011

minus 5 stars; when my flowers arrived they were not flowers but filler weeds. I called and was advice I should have spent more than 50 dollars if I wanted nice flowers. I just wanted to say that Greenbrier Florist did the flowers for my daughters wedding ceremony and reception and they were arranged beautifully, I highly recommend them. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!!! more

Very good every time we use them! 1/5/2009

We have used Greenbrier Florist for several occasions. Everytime, we get friendly service over the phone. When the flowers arrive, they have always been even more beautiful than we expected! Never once has the delivery been late! more
