This is what I was told after Goleta Floral wrote down the wrong credit card # AND the wrong contact info TWICE. I was going to spend nearly $100 on a dozen roses for my mother--who is going through a really tough time right now--for Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered and when I called to ask what happened they said the credit card didn't go through and they couldn't reach me. Bad enough, but if this was my business I would have free flowers out before the customer hung up the phone. Instead, the OWNER told me it's ""not our fault"". NICE.
