From the receptionist to the lead plumber to the apprentice, staff was courteous, professional, proficient and efficient. Explanations when necessary were very clear. more

Explanation of Charges on Bill 11/9/2020

Great company and service from Gold Seal Plumbing! However, there was a $95 charge on my bill for a membership in the Quality Service Club, which I do not recall being explained to me or offered to me by my plumber. I probably would have declined this offer, especially since there was an additional fee for this membership. more

Unclog main line from 1901 house to street 9/23/2020

Daryl led the Gold Seal team to unclog our main line out to the street. The team operated swiftly and efficiently. Daryl was especially prepared with background research knowledge he independently acquired to expand his understanding of the history of the home's sewer piping. This was an important extra step given the age of our house (1901). We were very happy with the services provided. Definitely 5 stars! more

Great people. Lonny is extremely knowledgeable and was very concerned he needed to return to complete the job. All is great now and it's comfortable to know Lonny really cares. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff other than they were all super polite and friendly on the phone. Thanks to all of you! more

Gold Seal review for service 12-2-19 12/3/2019

The service at 10:00 am was as promised on 12-2-19 Monday and he cleared my clogged kitchen drain pipe. The service was requested on 11-29-19 Friday and scheduled for 12-2-19 between 8:30 to 12:00 The work was accomplished within one hour. Joey was a professional. It did take 3 tries to clear the drain. He mentioned he did not have the end attachment that acts similar to a (spring or propeller, my definition) that goes on the end of the cable so he fabricated something similar to that. It worked but he said it fell off in the pipe. I do not expect it to cause a problem. The only negative was that the price was $325 that he quoted before he started and I agreed to and I was expecting $100 to $200 range based on the referral I received from another customer. So I felt the charge was excessive based on a non-emergency same day service. more

Josh was called in on his day off, ready, professional, and thorough in his explanations of the issue, potential fix, and did a full replacement in a few hours. Was a great relief to know we avoided a catastrophic failure. I have already recommended this company. more

Excellent New Customer Experience with Robert H. from Gold Seal Plumbing - A+++ 7/12/2019

Our first plumbing call to Gold Seal and we are very satisfied with the work and customer service provided by Robert H, the plumbing repair tech who was sent on our service quote request. He was friendly, explained what he was going to do, and offered advice and information over and above what was repaired and replaced. Yes, the charges seem a bit high,but what plumbing work is not these days. Bottom line is Gold Seal Plumbing provides you good service and Robert H was a pleasure to deal with. We used on;line coupons and joined their membership program for future discounts. Highly recommend! more
