I specifically explained that I needed deliver by Tuesday. The clerk (who seemed very stressed with her daughter there), explained my options, I paid and left, assuming my request was fulfilled. An hour later, she called to say she had made a mistake and would need to upcharge. Of course I did not approve and suggested that, since it was her error, they should cover this mistake. She adamantly objected. more

Great business for shipping, packaging, and copying! They have PO Boxes to rent, provide notary services, and can print anything and everything you might need. They also partner with FedEx, UPS, the post office, and DHL to ship things safely and promptly. They also have some VERY unique and cute gift items; as well as Auburn and Alabama gear. Overall, great store! more
