I have dealt with many water companies and Goforth has always been helpful and understanding. Other co. have refused a payment because it had to be in their Dallas office and padlocked my meter but I have never had any problems with them in the 9 years we have been members. They have had to come repair leaks in the line and they do it quickly and professionally. more
