Gerri Bridal Shop

We only have 3 bridesmaids. Ordered dresses 3 months ago was told they would be in June. Not the case one of the girls lives out of state and dress needs to be sent to her for alterations. I ask when ordering if the out of state bridesmaid could order her dress where she lives, sales clerk or owner not sure said no “the color wouldn’t match ? We are still waiting for our bridesmaids dresses as of July 5th and the store is closed from July 3 rd to the 8th? I’m not sure why this business is still here? Weddings are stressful enough without the dress shop adding to it ?? more

This bridal shop has the worst customer service. The shop is dirty and outdated and the staff does not dress or act professional. I would not recommend this shop at all. more

I got my wedding dress here. To make this quick and to the point, I live out of state and had a two week window when I would be home to try on my dress and have alterations made. This was all discussed at the time of my dress purchase. The week I was coming home I called and they didn't know where the dress was. After a lot of phone calls they said they tracked it to China!?! When I went in for my fitting they presented me with the wrong vail and then realized they never ordered mine. When I called back a few days later to see if they were able to order it and get it in on time they said, "oh is this (my name) the pain in the ass? We do have your veil." The customer service can pretty much be summed up as deplorable! The attitude that is given off is that you should be greatful that they are doing their job. I would never go back and wish I saw this site before I purchased my gown there. Buyers Beware! more

If I heard that I would have walked out. Pissed that I have to pay for the dress, the older woman, apologizes (however, did nothing to stop the confrontation earlier) and the other woman did not even think to say sorry. I understand being busy and stressed b/c there is alot of people in the shop, but customers should be appreciated and not attacked b/c she can't handle stressful situations. I give this place a big thumbs down. Over priced, unfriendly staff more

Worst customer service ever!!!! I have never dealt with a business as rude and unprofessional in my life. I'm a bridemaid in my brother's upcoming wedding and Gerri's bridal has been a horrible experience since I first walked in. I wasn't able to go look at the dresses with the bride so I went a few days later to be sized for the dress the bride picked out. The store was supposed to be open until 8 that day so I was getting other errands done beforehand until my brother's fiance tells calls to say they decided to have an early day and are closing the store in 15 minutes. When I finally got there, the clerk was rude because she had to wait for me (even though they were still supposed to be open another 3 hours). I paid for my dress and left. When the dresses came in, I called to pay the balance on my dress and see if I can get it shipped to me (I moved out of stat right before they came in). The same lady was rude to me again saying if I would have called two days prior (I tried calling but their phone is always busy or no answer!!!) she could have sent it out today. She then told me she would send it out tomorrow and I had to pay an additional $22 for shipping (that seems high to me). It is currently 2+ weeks after that phone call and I hace yet to recieve my dress. The wedding is in 2 weeks. I have called several times and didn't get through. When I finally did get through she told me she was TOO SICK to get it to UPS the day she was supposed to mail it but I would have it in 3 more days. So what did I pay $22 in shipping for?!?!? I have yet to recieve my dress. The wedding is in two weeks. It still needs to be altered. WORST BRIDAL SHOP EVER!!! more

I had found this bridal shop and i figured it was perfect because i didnt have to pay for everything at once. So my MOH & I made our first trip up to look at bridesmaids dresses. They only carried sample dresses in sizes 0-6...we are not all twigs! Then the lady that was helping my sister (moh) was making comments in the dressing rm that were very inappropriate. We got very disgusted & left. Against my better judgment i went back for my bridal dress appointment. They pretty much refused to sell me a white dress, they told me that i was too pale and the white dress will drown me out...shouldnt that be my decision? I think so. Anyway i ended up ordering a dress...they never even told me how much it was until i got my receipt. They waited until 3 months before my wedding to order the dress, my tiara and my veil. I went to get them three days ago...thank god i looked at the $180 tiara before we left the area...there were 17+ stones missing...shouldnt they look their inventory over? Again, I think so. After i returned that, i decided that i better try my dress on and make sure everything was ok....well needless to say my $1000+ dress started to lose beads (i didnt even have it on for more then ten minutes) Thenn my sister went to put the train on (its detachable) the train wasnt even the same size as the dress!! nothing lined up. I was so angry. So i went back with the dress..and told them i was fed up and they can keep their dress and i want my money back. They refused (rudely) and said it was a special order..(nothing was done to it, same as sample) then they forced me to put the dress on, when the lad saw that the buttons going down the train were off center..she said "who cares" ??? Really? Seriously? Needless to say i took the dress and went to davids bridal and had the best experience ever and picked out the most gorgeous dress. Im still debating if i should get my lawyer involved to get my money back for the other dress. Beware of this bridal shop..horrible customer service. more

I WAS VERY UPSET WHEN THE BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES IN MY DAUGHTER'S SEPTEMBER WEDDING WERE NOT ORDERED UNTIL WE CALLED TO INQUIRE IF THEY WERE DELIVERED YET TO THE STORE. NOW THE DRESSES WLL NOT BE IN UNTIL A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. THE GIRLS EVEN HAD A DEPOSIT PUT DOWN ON THE DRESSES. THE OWNER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC DUE TO THIS WAS THE STORE'S ERROR. more

I would never recommend this shop to anyone! We went to pick out bridesmade dresses for my sister's wedding. I am a size 14 and all the girl did was insult me. I have been losing weight for a few months now and planned on losing more. I asked the lady if there comes a point in which you can not alter a dress. Her response was "Trust me you can't lose that much weight" Not 1 dress fit me when I tried it on. The place is very dirty. We wanted 45 minutes for a dressing room and then had to share, when we had an appointment scheduled. The dresses we picked they ended up calling us a week later telling us we couldn't get the ribbon of the dress in that color we then pickd out a different ribbon and got another call that the dress no longer comes in the color. So we ended up having to pick a completely different dress that they didn't even had in the store for us to look at. All in all, it wasnt worth it. The service there is awful and I would never recommend it to anyone. I never in my life were treated as badly as I was in that store. Stay AWAY! more

I was in a wedding party that ordered gowns at Gerri's. When our gowns finally came in 7 MONTHS LATER!. Gerri took it upon herself to order dresses larger then what our measurements had stated. Noone's dresses fit properly. This was a horrible experience esp with dealing with this bridal store! Make sure if you go there they write down the size of your dress being ordered on your receipt. Because they WILL ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE THEN REQUESTED! They overcharged for our dresses that were 3 seasons OLD!! I'm sure you can find a better bridal store then this slum. We only went there to begin with because it was close to the bride's home. Waste of money,time and GAS! Go to David's bridal.. more

Very unprofessional!!!!!!!! A gown was not ordered for a wedding party until 1 month before the wedding!!! And they failed to even tell the girl who ordered the gown that her gown was not ordered. Even though the girl had payed her deposit and was expecting to receive her gown with the other gowns in the bridal party. The owner created a bunch of drama by getting involved between bridal party members and the bride. A hassle that no one had anticipated nor was it expected or needed. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered dealing with any bridal shop!!!!!!!!!!!! This may be a one time experience for this business but I personally would not have to think twice about avoiding this business and looking elsewhere for bridal party gowns in the future. more

I loved Gerri's when I walked in I told the girls what I was looking for. Michelle came out and pulled this one wedding gown and I fell in love with it.The lady's there are very helpful, the prices are reasonable and I couldn't have found a better dress at such a good price. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding gown or any dress for that matter because of the service and the pricing thank you so much Gerri's bridal you are the best more

I was very displeased with Gerri's Bridal. I thought the store was dirty and disorganized. I also felt the staff was very unprofessional. I did not get my bridesmaids dresses in when promised and got the run around when asked about them. more

Gerri Bridal Shop is a good place to go to buy your wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses. They have a good variety of dresses. Their prices are also reasonable. The staff at the shop is courteous and helpful. The shop is very clean too. I would recommend coming here for dresses. more

Gerri's has a great selection of bridal dress and the staff is so helpful and fun. I got my dress there. All the dresses are bagged. The dressing room is very large and roomy. Bridesmaids dresses are also available. The only problem was the owner's/workers children running around. It gets annoying and dangerous. Parking is street parking only. more
