Good 7/6/2015

I was working at an Army Base out there and was going back and forth to different towns a lot. I needed a dentist and when I saw their sign I made an appointment. They ended up being a really good choice for me. more

Perfect dental office. I used to go a dentist, for different services I had to take a trip to other part of town, but with gentle touch, all under one roof. On the top of that for expensive services, they go out of their way to get my insurance ok from the get go. Awesome, so now from the get go, I know most how much I need to pay, it is not like my old dentist, always in the dark. I love them. more

RUN FAR, FAR AWAY\r The rudest dentist and receptionist have ever dealt with. I walked out after the dentist was so rude and arrogant. She threatened me that I couldn't leave. Great. Can't wait to file a grievance with my insurance company and have this office taken off their list! more

Find someone else! 8/1/2011

My first trip was a general checkup and cleaning and the hygienist was great. Upon my return to have my fillings done, Dr. Olson was very friendly but very inefficient. After I left I noticed my tooth had gouges in it so I did what anyone would do; I went back and demanded that they fix it. Dr. Olson did spend some time with me attempting to fix my tooth by grinding it down. My time is also valuable, so I asked that I be compensated, and they acted shocked to hear me ask for a partial refund. Later, I received a letter stating that Dr. Olson would no longer serve as my dentist, (like I was going back to see him anyway.) We live in a world where the customer is no longer right and when you make a mistake you just ignore it and hope it goes away. You messed up Dr. Ryan Olson, your letter should have been an apology and you should be begging me to give you a second chance to prove yourself worthy of being my dentist. more

Miracle, or very close to it. The best dentistry. You got to see my before and after pictures. AWESOME. Genttle touch, the best place to go for dentist. My cleaning was also comfortable now that I remember. I got the most beautiful smile now that I am prowd of it. more

THE BEST CARE 2/23/2011

I just wanted to give A++, to the doctors and staff at the gentle touch dentistry. I got disappointed when I read the reviews. I have been their patient for the past 5 years, and they have been seeing 3 of my kids and myself. I have been a military wife, and being seen by many dentists all over. For our cleaning appointments for all 4 of us, I spend 2-3 hours every six months in their office. They see many patients, and I see the doctors, and staff interactions with them. To this day, I have not seen anything that disappoint me. I highly recommend gentle touch dentistry. more

DO NOT GO! 8/5/2009

The doctor was extremely rude. Actually made several rude comments to my face. Nurses and admin people were just as rude. Not helpful with insurance and could care less about your out of pocket expense. DO NOT GO! Pros: Looks nice from the outside Cons: RUDE, RUDE, RUDE more
