I rate this collection agency a -10!!!! The staff that answers the phone are VERY rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so rudely by an agency before until I met these people. I hate if for the people that HAVE to settle with Garner& Conner because again the staff act like they have never been professionally trained on phone etiquette.. Oh and before you even think about settling with them, I would contact a lawyer because they will hold your money as long as they want until they feel like applying it to your debt. I sent a certified cashiers check via mail but they are saying they still havent gotten it but the post office states other wise.. It seems they may be a FAKE collections agency so I have my lawyer looking into them.. I hope no one will have to go through this agency.
