Trusted Name in Jewelry Business 6/14/2010

I have often times left my rings in their care. Not once have I had a problem. They are the only people I trust to handle our jewelry needs. They have even handled out needs through the postal system. I cannot say enough good things about Gardner-Collier. Prices are high but so is the quality. You pay a cheap price and you get cheap quality jewelry. You wouldn't choose a surgeon based only on price and I won't choose a jewelry store based solely on price. more

Great service 2/11/2008

My husband purchased my engagement ring at Gardner Collier several years ago. At the time we didn't have much money to spare and we found a set we loved , but, the price was a little too high. They suggested a slightly smaller quality diamond and we were thrilled. They never made us feel anything but appreciated. A couple years after our initial purchase I lost my engagement ring. We called them and they still had the initial cast of my ring which they duplicated. We had moved out of state and we handled everything over the phone and through the mail. I was thrilled. Gardner Collier has given us great service over the years and they don't have items you see everywhere. more

These folks are top shelf!! 12/27/2007

Gardner-Collier Jewelry Co. has about the best service and selection around. I cannot speak for all of their locations, only the Kirksville, MO store. Bryan and his staff have always been courteous and friendly. They may have prices a bit higher than Zales or other "mall" stores, but you cannot beat the selection or service. I am a regular (2-3 time a year) customer and they always remember me, cater to me and treat me like I'm important. Gardner's is no longer a Rolex dealer, but Bryan himself fitted the bracelet on my new DateJust for me free of charge. He just wanted to see someone happy with a product that he used to sell. That's top shelf! more

do not come here. if you want very nice jewelry, i would suggest that you don't buy it in gardner collier's. their stuff is way too expensive for its own good. they are going to go out of business because they are so bad. i repeat, do not go to gardner colliers, go to Jim's Gems instead-they have much more reasonable prices and nicer things. more
