No stars is the most acceptable way to rate this place, but the site requires at least one. The staff, mostly the owner, is the rudest Human being that has ever walked this earth. A side from her condescending ways they did the worst job at promising the dress in a timely fashioned. When they say your dress will be in in twelve weeks, this is a lie, try 25-30, by far the absolute worst service ever! I would urge anyone to not buy anything from Gambradellas, take your money elsewhere!!! more

Our bridal party had a HORRIBLE experience at Gambardella's, with the owner no less. She basically insulted and shamed my two friends who are over weight and flat out told one of them she was too big for the dress--she recently had a baby btw, and the owner asked her how long ago and was shaming her for not losing the baby weight yet. They offered no tailor to come out and explain how they could make the dress work to her size, or if they could order extra fabric just in case. THE OWNER IS MEAN AND COMPLETELY UNACCOMMODATING! In hind sight if I was a little more brave I would have reached across the desk and tore up the contract I already signed and said I was taking my money elsewhere. I just couldn't believe that had happened. This is supposed to be a happy day and a celebration, not a day for shaming someone's body. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT! HORRIBLE SERVICE, DON'T SHOP THERE!! more

I loved Gamberdella's! I even made a point to tell the girl that I was working with that it was my best experience yet! The lady that helped me was very nice and very down to earth. She new exactly what I was looking for and went and picked some great dresses! more

They have a large selection of gowns and high end ones too. But they lack customer service skills. They also don't let you look through the dresses. You tell them your price range and what you are looking for and they bring the dresses to you. Make sure you know what you are looking for and your budget before going in. I found the same dress at another store for $1000 less! more
