As good as it gets. I had a broken spring and needed some general adjustments and oil. I called today at 8am, they were at my house by 9am and less than an hour later my garage was working like new. They replaced the large spring and made adjustments, total bill as $250. Great/friendly service, highly recommended. more

They came out did a perfect job 7/5/2013

Really happy about the new springs on my door. Yesterday, as I was trying to head out for work, The door was opening, then it just fell really hard. Scared the crap out of me. But got you guys out that same afternoon to repair it. I had to take off a day of work, But it was worth it. You guys came and got the job done fairly quickly, and I really appreciate it. more

I had this steel garage door that has not been replaced or repaired in the past 15 years. It was getting old, rusty and had any dents in it. I was in the mood to finally change it. I just so happened to get a hold of this company , and lucky me that I did. They were so nice about helping me find the perfect garage door for me. they provided me a great good warranty deal, so I would not have to worry about it ruining or breaking. Their customer service was profound and i really appreciated their dedication to me. more

I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots. I had to have someone there right away because the tenants weren't able to park in the garage. Your guy was fantastic. He fixed the door and was well deserving of a tip. Thank you so much! more

They did an amazing job replacing my old door, with my new wooden door. I wanted one that matched my neighbors. They just got a gorgeous wood door put on their house, and you guys did theirs as well. So I asked her, and she gave me you guys number, and I had you guys out the very next week to install my door. I really thank you. Looks great. more

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

I contacted Gallatin Garage Door, I called around 9:30 this morning with a broken garage door. By 10:30 he was here, fixed it and was gone. Absolutely great service and great prices. I'd recommend him to anyone. more

I have used Gallatin Garage Door quite a few times on different properties and find they have fair pricing cordial staff and are quick to come to my repair needs. It is hard to find a company in Galitin who excels my customer service expectations and Ive got to tell you done this and more. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone. more

really happy with their work 9/9/2012

So I had bought this garage door and it was really super unique and cool, the only problem with that was that I couldn't find anyone to install the thing. Most companies wanted to charge me a hundred dollars just to come out and tell me if they could or could not fix it. I'm not rich and I am not into gambling my money away. So I got a hold of this company and they charged me a small fee for the service call but they were the cheapest and it ended up paying off, they installed my super new cool door and I was really happy with their work. more

Thank you for being so quick ! When i called i was stuck in the garage and needed to get my son to school. The spring had broken and you guys came so fast it was great and the technican was wonderful. If ever i need garage door repair again i will be calling Gallatin Garage Door ! more

Tech was very accommodating on the appointment time and prompt. He did great work as far as I can tell and he undercut the competition by at least $30 on price. He had all parts on hand and provided same day service. I would definitely recommend him for garage door repair. more

Tech came to my rescue on a Sunday morning after the builder-installed spring on my garage door exploded, trapping my wife's car in the garage. He is *extremely* knowledgable and took the time to explain every aspect of how a garage door should work. His pricing is fair and his work ethic is second to none. I would highly recommend him. more
