I came here because my new insurance wouldn't cover where I've gone to in the past.
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining what my insurance would cover and all my options.
When it came time to the eye exam, Dr. Gaddie did what he had to do, but that was it. He seemed like he was in a bad mood. Not something you want to sense in a doctor who is treating you. He wasn't mean to me, just acted like he didn't want to be there and wanted to get it over with as quick as possible.
When I was trying to choose my glasses, the staff was very helpful and patient with me, even though some of their suggestions on frames were ones I wouldn't wear in a million years, lol.
I got my glasses in a few days and they turned out and feel great!
Pros: Most staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Felt somewhat rushed during the exam
