I have been looking for a dealer that I can trust and finslly found it! Bill and the crew at Future Ford of Clovis. Really took care of me and my family. Recently, I brought in my 2009 Explorer in for an oil change and a few other problems and they fixed everything, but only charged for the oil change.In the past I had always taken it to the local chain but realized they relly overcharge. My daughter took her Camry to a pep boys and they charged her $119. These guys are totally upfront and honest. They don't try to up sell you crap you don't need. Five stars, a must try. more

Stopped by the dealer to look at a car that caught my eye and was not listed on there website. Got out and looked at the car (had nothing on it other then Future Ford plates) so wasn't sure if it was still for sell or not. Walked around looking for a salesman, there was none, started to head inside and some bald headed guy wearing a straw hat appeared. Asked if the car was still for sale, and he gave the typical hot iron dealership response, "its still on the lot isn't it", well obviously he didn't want to sell it with that attitude. Asked how many miles and the price, he said "lets go do a credit app". Interesting how that works huh? At this point I told him, tell me the price and miles or I'll go to the next dealership, he asked me if I knew the type of car I was looking at and said I would probably wrap it around a tree with him in the back seat during a test drive (keep in mind I still never asked to drive this car). He went on to challenge me and my ability to drive this car (little did he know I have owned some of the fastest street legal cars available). Needless to say the guy was an idiot, don't waste your time here unless you like slippery salesman with a horrible attitude. more

Jeff and the staff were amazing! They recently found me a great deal on a Focus and know how much cars should be! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car quick. more

5 stars do not adequately describe Future Ford. My husband and I were so lucky we found them. We had Lithia Ford of Fresno who soured our experience and we stopped looking for a while. Then by chance we ran into their website. From Day 1 Future Ford was a dream to work with. No e-mail went unanswered and they were all answered promptly. They patiently answered all of our almost-daily questions and tried their best to find the answer if the internet person didn't have them. Very nice and easygoing experience, I can go on and on but it should be obvious by now that we were extremely happy and satisfied working with Future Ford. more

These guys are really great and honest. My old car was chugging, had a sparkplug misfiring. This is just another issue in a long series of unfortunate events. I went to go check out their used lot. I test drove a couple of cars got the prices and went home, my boyfriend checked prices around and they were much higher. I felt comfortable to go back, made an appointment and the process could not be easier. Thank You Future Ford for taking it easy with me. Great guys, Definitely recommend. more

I have been to countless dealerships and can't believe it has taken me this long to find this place. My last dealer Lithia Ford of Fresno ignored my phone calls and made me wait hours for an oil change. Thanks to my son who did internet research he was able to find the Taurus my wife has been wanting. He made me an appointment and I went over there to check it out. I was greeted by and waited a few minutes for the internet manager, after he came in and showed me the vehicle I had inquired about. It was clean and parked out of the way so I could get inside and look at it. I appreciate the time he took and the low pressure environment. We ended up purchasing that vehicle a few days later more

the salesman could have been a more low key, a little energetic for my taste, but my boyfriend loved him... he was very straightforward about pricing and features and i was stoked about the great price and the salesman even gave me a rental for few days until they fixed the small dent on the side, i didn't even notice until the salesman pointed it out which i thought was really nice. The internet department here met more than my expectations, although i did set it pretty low since ive been in the car business and left pretty quickly because of the compettency of my ex colleagues and drama but when i needed a car i decided to try google the search sent me to Future Ford in Clovis and i founf you could email them which i did and within a half hour got a reply of a list of vehicles matching my needs i specified. since i work a lot I didnt have a whole lot of time which they understood. I was able to get financed right over the phone and they had my car ready for me when i arrived the next morning. i never knew how easy it is nowadays to purchase a car. more

I love it when salesman give you crap and then screw up everything else. I was so sick of dealerships in my area and now I know why people here go to Clovis for their cars. I saw a Fusion that looked awesome in the newspaper and thought I would just browse the website, but Future Ford Clovis really sucks you in and I just had to have the car after e-mailing with their fleet manager. They offered me the sane price as advertised and I chose a different color since the newspaper car was already gone by the time i got around to going to see it. I was able to get all of my information through so the whole buying process was super fast, I’m really impressed with this dealership, but maybe it’s because ive been dealing with idiots this whole time, still I have to give Future Ford Clovis 5 stars for changing my mind! more

They gave me the best experience I have ever had in the last ten years of buying cars for my family. I needed a new sedan for my mother after she had a pretty bad wreck. Usually, I have a bad time with salesman, but I found really good deal on a Fusion on the internet. I made an appointment online and was greeted when I was arrived. I saw the vehicle, test drove it and it was great. overall, my experience was really good. I wasted no time and my mother was very happy. more

We did research on the web, got it down to a few models. Finally, we filled out a questionnaire on their website and just expected some spam. We were very surprised when we received an e-mail that night with a page full of pictures and prices of the car we wanted in their inventory. We were very selective and picked the Fusion I am really h appy with how I got the car, because it meant my wife did not have to come with me and spend an extra five hours looking at colors. I went in, signed the paperwork, and was out in a littile under 3 hours. The service is very fast, but friendly. I'll be coming back again! more

I don't have much experience in buying cars but I am glad to tried Clovis Ford for my first time. My dad came with me to cosign a new lease for me. Salesmen were promptly available but respected our privacy, which I think is rare in a dealership. After I picked a reasonably priced Fusion , we met Greg and then went to finance and spoke with the Finance guy (can't recall his name) Within a couple of hours I finally got my new car. My dad was happy with the price and I'm happy with the car. based on my experience, i will for surte come back for my next car. more

I always dreaded buying a car, hate sales people and hate wasting money. However, this place is different. Everytime I walked into this place the salesman and managers are always pleasant and offer a big smile and a kind greeting. I also enjoyed the cleaniness of the place especially their restrooms. Anyway, back to my experience with purchasing. I did not once feel like I was being bothered or pressured, nor did I feel like I was being gyped I got a great deal on a brand new 2010 Focus and also got a great warranty as well. My mother does barely speaks English and since my father passed away she has been lost when it comes to anything important like bying a car but I am glad I stopped by Future Ford because they were so patient with my mother’s poor English and tried really hard to understand and spoke very slowly to make shure she understood what was goin on to. Usually im pretty worried when im not around my mother because I don’t know how people treat her but she assured me everyone was very kind and always smiling and she said she felt very comfortable without me being there. I am very amazed at how well they treated her, I defenatly recommend this dealership for anyone! more

I was happy with the respectful sales people at Clovis Ford. I wanted the Focus and Justin, our salesman, promptly showed us their large variety of colors and choices. However, they did not have the light tan interior color I wanted for the specials they were offering. I was upset and went home. A day later Justin calls me and told me he had found the car with the colors and accessories I wanted, basically the exact car I have dreamed about for over a year. I really felt comfortable buying a car from these people. I am not an easy person to convince of anything, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience and customer service. I had a hard time financing a car last time a few years ago. This was a totally different process, no re-signing the contract 10 times like last time at a toyota dealer. I wanted to Thank the staff at Future Ford of Clovis for thier help in finding a great car for my wife. It has been over 8 years since she needed a new one and after visiting a number of different dealerships we felt the Fusion was the vehicle for her, after reading some customer testimonails and reviews regarding the vehicle. The Salesperson was very helpful and low pressure which was hard to find. Even after the sale when I could not program the garage door opener he came over to my house and did it for me. I just wanted to let someone else know that I had a great experience and will be back for my own Mustang in the near future. THanks again Future Ford A+++ more
