I just bought a car from these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made my car buying process relatively fast. That finance guy was real fast too, I just said I will take it and they asked me to wait inside and if I wanted a nice cold beverage, five minutes later the guy had the paperwork ready for me, even though he was fast he still took to the time to make sure I understood what iw as signing. The price they were offering was decent - more or less along the lines of what some dealer websites were offering. The overall I would say its not a bad place better than most other dealerships ive been too. more

Service Department Customer 5/4/2012

I absolutely love Future Ford im used to really creepy car repair men but everyone here is friendly and have never made me feel uncomfortable. My dad always warned me when getting anything done to my car that people will typically try to take advantage of women because they assume they don’t know anything about cars, they are right when it comes to me, so when I came by to get my oil changed they told me it was going to forty-five dollars for a synthetic oil change, so I called my dad and he told me that’s reasonable, so of course I left my car with them and came back to find they had cleaned my car! Great service and friendly people! more

I`m very satisfied with the service. Rick was very pleasant and very informative. His customer Service was outstanding and he was able to assist myself and another customer that had been waiting to ask a question. There should be more CSR people with his sense of humor and dedication more

Good place for service and to buy a car! 4/1/2012

I stopped by on my lunch break to check out a used Jeep on their lot. The sales person that approached me was very helpful and not pushy. The suv was in pretty good shape and had low miles and had a descent price. I was able to talk them down to a price I could afford and we made a deal. I was in and out in about an hour! The warranty was also priced really well and so was the rate. I drive to Roseville to get my oil changes every few months and they are always quick and friendly. more

I just bought my car last night and I am so happy!!!! The guys were really nice and funny but professional at the same tim I got off work late but they were nice enough to finish my deal at 10pm there was no b.s. and no slacking they kept their word and gave me a great experience, I must recommend Future Ford to everyone! more

awesome service 2/4/2012

Location: Roseville Service: They are cool. Friendly, coordial. As long as you service my car and make sure it works then I'm a happy camper. Wait time: An oil change will take you about 30-40 mins. They have waitin' areas around the corner, if you want to walk 10 mins than you'll find a john’s pizza soon enough. I've been coming to here since 2009. The service department will get you in and out and they will slap that great sticker on the top left hand corner of your windshield tellin' you when the next time your oil is due for service as well. I'm actually pretty happy with their service. The End. more

Fast and friendly 1/2/2012

I broke my car key, needed a recall repaired, and new wiper blades. I came here, and the service was very friendly. Aside from the uber-expensive new key, I had a good experience. I really don't understand why it costs 140 bucks for a new key, while new wiper blades are only 12 dollars. Alas, a few hours and a hundred bucks later, I can say I was pleased. Fast and friendly service gets me every time. more

Service department is great! I brought my car in for an a/c problem, they said it was going to take a while, it was ok because they had shuttle service who dropped me to work and picked me up after. more

5 stars in my book 9/30/2011

This Dealer deserves a great review from me. The best experience I’ve had with any sort of business since I moved to the area 6 months ago. Usually it would take me a few days to a few weeks to buy a car, but here it only took a few hours without a ton of stress. I knew the exact car I wanted and what I wanted to pay, this is the second dealer I visited. Midway ford told me that I was “off my rocker”. Future Ford got it done without demeaning or insulting me. Five Stars all the way! more

Accommodating and knowledgeable, Great Inventory 6/28/2011

A friend introduced Greg and future ford to my family and I, about 6 years ago. My parents were looking to find a small economical car that would fit our budget. Greg took his time to show us numerous options, and no matter how much we liked or disliked a car, he never tried to push us. he went from a used Escape to a New Fusion without complaining once. It took us a week to find an adequate vehicle. His knowledge of cars was extremely useful as well. Five Stars Future Ford! more

As first time buyers, we had a really great experience working with Greg. We had a lot of questions about every step of the process, and Greg helped us through everything. We ended up purchasing a Fusion in our price range and well within our budget. Greg never showed us a car outside of our budget , and his knowledge of the vehicles really showed. Finding a trustworthy lifelong-car dealer is one of the best connections someone can have, and we've found ours. more

This place is really great and I will be back for my next car 5/16/2011

When I first moved to the Roseville the first thing i wanted was a new Fusion after driving around trying to familiarize myself with the area I discovered Future Ford, the landscape looks nice and the service is friendly. One of the things i really liked about the place were the staff, every one of them had a ncie smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have been interested in the Fusion for a while so when a salemen approached me I was ready to talk business, their prices are really reasonable compared to what I have seen back in my hometown and the people in finance are way nicer too more

I truly can't say enough great things about having Tony there to help my partner and I through the car buying process. I went to Roseville Midway Ford and was not impressed in the least. The guy we dealt with, I resort to calling him "guy" because he never told us his name, was short with us and was on his phone the whole time, I am not sure is he was checking facts or playing pacman. Tony on the other hand was there to help every step of the way, and I can honestly say, we would never have made it through the choppy waters of car buying without his help. more

Straight forward and informative 2/28/2011

I had a terrible experience last time i was here, but this was the only daealership that had the car I wanted for the price I could afford. I couldn't afford any extra features but the finance department let me know that there's a complimentery warranty from the actual factory, whicha fter being a customer for 15 years I never knew, so out of 6 dealerships I have bought a car from this was the only one that felt like mentioning the factory offered complimentery warranty. This is why I have to give them five stars because they cared more about my money than their profits. Thank you Future Ford of Roseville! more

Buying a car has always been a drag, but not this time! I’m very happy with Future Ford of Roseville any issue I had, they were real quick to solve it. I bought a new F150, and there was a dent on the side I noticed when I got home. I called the salesman, Rick and he didn’t even question me about it, he simply apologized and asked if I could bring it in to repair the dent or if they wanted me to have them pick it up at my work and drop it off before I get off. How can you beat that kind of service? I didn’t even know such kindness exsisted amongst the car salesmen! I will for sure come back for my next car. more

Exceptional Service, No pressure 1/2/2011

I had a great experience with Future Ford of Roseville. I recently purchased my brand new 2010 Taurus. I wanted that specific car because I have not seen too many around yet, it's beautiful model, and I got the exact pricing that was offered in their ads. The salesman did not make me feel pressured to buy it right away, although I did anyway! I got a low payment for 36 months . But no one was pulling my chain and we just did straight business, which made the overall experience quick and great. I will come back as soon as my lease is up! more

Excellent customer service, worth the drive 12/30/2010

I found a Focus on Roseville Fords website and after searching for months and been treated like garbage from many local stores in my area I was so happy to find this place! I was surprised from the managers' attentiveness to all of my questions and concerns. he gave me pricing and got me financed all over the phone. I drove up 1 hr to Roseville the next day and arrived to a cleanly detailed 010 Focus I love my new car and I loved driving it home! more
