HORRIBLE SERVICE 3/27/2009

I purchased a CHESTDRAWER and paid $600 in full on DECEMBER 2008. I still do not have my chestdrawer and it's going to be April 2009. I always have to call in to find out the status of delievery and they keep indicating that it will be in by the end of month for the past 3 mths. They attempted to delievery a chestdrawer at the end of Feb 2009 but it was the wrong style and color. The cash register was rude and snotty. She doesn't say hello or says thank you. It really seems as if they do not appreciate new customers because they lack customer services in so many levels. Cons: LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE more
