Bad deal 5/9/2016

I'm not connected to the owner in any way obviously with a 1 star rating. Doubt it will stay online long. Went to store looking for an affordable sleeper recliner. Salesman on commission of course. Prices not listed on a lot of items. Other salespeople interrupted us many times while we were looking around to tell about this special and new items and blah blah blah. Very annoying, wouldn't go back because of that. more

Flashy marketing just to sell 9/3/2015

BBB is paid advertising(enough said). FF uses cancer research for advertising. Money is what the owners care about NOT the world's problems. Use your head and read between the lines a little. Would not service sleeper sofa which broke quickly after purchase. Managers at 2 locations said "If you purchased an extended warranty then maybe we would send a technician to work on it." Summary-Cheap Crap-Don't be a FOOL LIKE ME and try to save a couple of bucks. Ended up with money at curb for garbage man. more
