Dr. Friedman and his entire staff are the friendliest persons and most professional dental practice that a patient would want. Our whole family goes there and we are all treated kindly and with care. My experience has included great dental health care, a clean modern facility, and a group of people who honestly do care about your physical well being, even beyond the dental. They include regular screening for oral cancer as part of my examination and ask about my life knowing that stress and other factors contribute to my fitness and health. Their office hours are very accommodating with evenings and Saturday's which allows me to take less time off from work. Most incredibly I've never waited more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointments even when I pull into a full parking lot! The staff never seem harried or bothered. They are always smiling and available to discuss anything and everything you have questions on from appointment scheduling to payment plans to insurance plans to dental options. They go out of their way in extraordinary patient communication trying to explain things so that I understand everything about my experience there. This is extremely rare today, but truly a welcome breath of fresh air. Our family has been going there over 15 years and we've never had a bad expereince. If you want to sit back in the chair, knowing you're in good care, I highly recommend putting yourself in the capable hands of Dr. Friedman and his staff. You will not be disappointed! more

Everytime I am in Newman Springs Dental Care, I hear laughter, see smiling faces, smell fresh coffee, and notice what professional people they are from start to finish. If ever something was not understood, they would go out of there way to help me understand before proceeding. They also care about me as a person ,my health, and not just my mouth. They contiunally exceed the standards of care with COMFORT, TECHNOLOGY,and GIVING BACK to the community. This place hasnt forgotten where they came from, why they stay dedciated and committed to helping patients both within the practice and the community at large. One time it was my birthday and they celebrated in the office with me when no one cared ! They all STRIVE not try.....to make everyones day brighter and happy each and every visit. more

Dr. Mitchel Friedman (Newman Springs Dental Care, Lincroft NJ) and staff is the friendly, affordable and competent dental practice you have been looking for! Patient care and comfort are their top priority. Their office is clean and their technology is up-to-date. They are reasonably priced and offer payment plans. I have had several dental emergencies on the weekends/over holidays – and Dr. Friedman promptly called me personally to ascertain what my dental emergency was and offered immediately solution(s). This ranged from calling in a prescription, to coming to his office right away… to personally calling a covering dentist, when he was out of the area, to ensure that I was seen that day. I always know that Dr. Friedman is just a call away! Dr. Friedman and his staff value my time and treat me with the utmost respect. I have always been seen promptly – within 10 minutes of my appointed time. They scheduled ample time for each of my needs so that I never have felt rushed. During my very first visit, I explained that I have dental anxiety from my previous dental experiences. . Dr. Friedman took the time to go over exactly what he was going to do to me in a manner that I can understand. Dr. Friedman offers sedation dentistry that helped me feel calm before, during and after some of the more extensive dental work that I had done. There is very little turnover of staff, which also is an indication of a good dentist who not only knows how to treat his patients well…but also his staff. Bottom line: Dr. Friedman provides dental care that is long-lasting, of excellent quality, at a reasonable price and is completely gentle and caring. Dr. Friedman not only promptly takes care of my immediate needs, but he and his staff are on top of ensuring that I stay on a proper dental health and care program. I always found Dr. Friedman and his staff to be consummate professionals. They threat their patents wiThey threat their patents with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have not experienced a worst Dental Office than this particular one, and across several States. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and belligerent from top to bottom. You should talk to the ex-employees to get the real scoop regarding the dishonest business practices at this place. Hold onto your wallet, belongings, and dignity folks, if you choose to go here! more
