It was my first time and I was very nervous in court for a traffic violation. My Attorney, Adam Brown, was calm, well prepared, and immediately put me at ease. He told me what to expect and guided me every step of the way. Courtrooms are never fun places but Adam's care and skill made it much smoother than I thought. One Heck of a Lawyer 11/29/2015

My car was struck by a car that ran a stop sign and totaled my car and caused me significant injuries. I was represented by Freeman who got me my money for my car and settled my injuries case for more than I thought that I would get. I thought that the attorneys were relatively easy to speak to and my calls were promptly returned. The staff was pretty friendly and seemed to really care about my case. I never had used a lawyer before so I can't compare to any other lawyers but I was satisfied with how my case was handled. more

Exceptional service and exceptional results 10/18/2015

No way I'm going into court without team freeman Hughes. Two cases and two positive endings for me. I certainly hope that I never see a court room again but if I do I want to be represented by Brian. I highly recommend this office for family cases and would recommend them to anybody who need a good lawyer. more

The Best Lawyers in the County 8/23/2015

I am a landlord in Jersey City and up until I hired these attorneys I had tenant problems all the time. When Brian took on the tenants he evicted two of them and the others fell in line. I have not had anymore problems since last year. I will always recommend him to any fellow landlords with tenant issues. more

In my opinion there is no better lawyer than Brian Freeman!! He does not play games in court and was not just good in court he showed that he really cared about my case not just my money. Calls and emails were returned and explained everything to me to. He is definitely not cheep it cost me a lot . I rate him a ten out of ten. more

Competent and agressive lawyers 5/10/2015

Everyone says that family court is the worst and men get treated like crap by the judges. The Freemans were all over my case from day one and I had no problems at all. I had a custody case and very low expectations as to anything good coming about but the way my case was handled by Tanya was nothing less than fantastic. If you have a family legal issue run don't walk to Freeman Hughes Freeman and you will get represented by someone who really cares about you not just the money. more

I have known Brian Freeman, Esq. for many years. Mr. Freeman has represented my family and myself at different occasions. He takes care of his clients and makes to help you every step of your case. When you call his office you don't talk to the secretary or the paralegal all the time. He answers and replies to every call. He is an excellent attorney. I will recommend Brian to anyone. more

Got what I paid for and more!!!!!!!! 7/28/2012

Nobody will ever believe just how good my divorce case was handled. My life was a wreck and after almost 10 years of being married my husband leaves me for woman half his age and tries to get custody of our kids too. Scared, almost broke and confused I went with my sister to the freeman office and met with tanya who was simply fantastic!!! I mean she told me everything that I needed to know and gave me hope that things could get better. I hired their office and never looked back and my reward was alimony, custody of my girls, half of his 401-k, he had to contribute to my attorney fees and best of all the look on my Ex's face when the settlement was placed on the record. more

A Good choice 7/1/2012

This was certainly a quality firm as they did a great job for me in my divorce. No questions went unanswered no phone call wasn't returned and I felt like Mr. Freeman listened to my concerns and acted on them in court. My sister had retained the office for a car accident and her case was settled for a good amount and it didn't take a long time either. The staff was a major plus, especially Tanya, she knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable when I first came to the office. I decided to retain the office to represent me because of the good impression she left with me when we first met. I recommend this office without hesitation based on the results of my case. more

For affordable quality legal service you can't beat Brian and Tanya's office!! Their staff is excellent and very approachable. I found out about the freeman firm by going online while looking for a lawyer for my divorce. I was impressed by all the reviews that I saw on this site and on google but I only decided to use them after having a consultation with Brian. He really took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. I did have consultations with two other firms but I felt more comfortable with Brian and that is why I finally retained him to represent me. It turned out to be the right choice and I was more than satisfied with how I was treated and how my case turned out. I had a long drawn out fight over alimony, child custody, visitation and you name it, my wife and I fought over it but the bottom line is I got to where I wanted to be thanks to Brian and Tanya!! more

Superb Customer Service! 3/11/2012

Very expensive lawyer but my money was well spent as I have never had the level of customer service that I received from this office, it was great. Everything was explained until I understood fully what was happening and I always got a prompt return of my phone calls if I was unable to speak to Brian right when I called. The representation in court was aggressive, well prepared and effective. more

Relentless representation and service oriented 2/20/2012

Only positive comments from me, my case was handled just the way Brian told me it would be and the results spoke for themselves. If you have a divorce case and its going to get nasty you need to call Brian. I found out that dads have equal rights to child custody especially if you are very involved in the day to day care of the children. I thought that my wife would get the kids just because she was the mother but I won joint legal custody and joint residential custody because of brian's aggressive and relentless battling in court. Not everything you read online is true but I can tell you that Mr. Freeman made a believer out of me!! more

Service Supreme 10/6/2011

My children are my life and when I was faced with possibly losing custody I sought out the based lawyer that I could afford. Brian Freeman's office had good reviews on google so I made an appointment to meet with him for a consultation. I had a really good feeling when I talked with him and I did hire him for my case. He did not overstate what he could do and he was clear that while he could not guarantee a result he said he do everything in his power to get me the best result possible. Well he was simply fantastic in court and I felt well represented, even the judge praised him as a good lawyer. I highly recommend him if you can afford it cause he is not cheap. The office service was very good, calls returned and I was e-mailed updated on the case when I requested it. more

Good Value and Good Service!!!!!!! 7/29/2011

If you have to go to traffic court in Jersey City, I recommend this office!! I retained their services over the phone and met the lawyer in court so I was a little worried in the beginning but the lawyer was great. He got 3 tickets dismissed and one downgraded to no points and no big fine. I was shocked by how fast we got in and out the court with that result. more

Municipal court expert 7/2/2011

After being charged with criminal cases in the Paterson municipal I got Mr Freeman to take my case. He was super good and got the charges dismissed. I did pay a lot of money but he got it done!! I think he is a great lawyer. more
