Frame Up-Basement Gallery the

I have $7,000 - $10,000 worth of artwork framed each year. I used to use two different companies in Memphis. When I found Frame Up, everything changed. My framing expenses went down by over 20%, and the quality skyrocketed. The employees are courteous, well mannered, very helpful and the best. The store donates heavily to the Oxford-Lafayette County Humane Society, which impressed me. I have NEVER had a piece of artwork framed poorly here. In the last 3 years, I have probably had them frame almost 100 pieces, and have been well pleased with every one of them. The other reviewer must be going to a different place. The Frame-Up will frame an item up nicely but the customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. And, because they are located on the historic Square, they have prices that are crazy for a frame job. Go off the Square and get it done a LOT cheaper. more
