Really horrible service!!!!!!!!!! I was so surprised when they made a mistake on my order then bad mouth their own employee. They did say they would credit my card but I had to follow up and ask again to please credit my card. When you call they say owner is not available then they apologize for not getting back to you I had to call 3 times before I could get her on the phone. When I ordered they said they were busy, when I called they said they were busy they had weddings and did not have time to deal with issue....maybe that was why my order was made wrong. Their lost... I no longer will patronize this business and have shared my story with many of my friends in Fullerton. There are too many amazing florist in Fullerton who will go above and beyond and treat customers good in this economy. It really a shame that they don't value their customers or get customers orders correct. My order was small and simple and they still got it wrong. more

I came in the store the other day and was not greeted by anyone. I had to ask for help and the shop girl was not nice and wasn't helpful either. Everything was overpriced! The smallest arrangements that were in the cooler were $35 and they were so small! I definitely DON'T recommend going there! more

Flower Allie is awesome. Allison ia amazing and everyone that works there does an incredible job. They are s talented and gifted when it comes to flowers. Allison did my flowers for my wedding. My flowers were so beautiful and what I wanted. My mother in law still comments about her flowers from the wedding and how great they smelled. They have really fresh and cool flowers. I thought the whole place looked beautiful. It's really clean in there. I saw buckets of flowers outside of their floors and it was so cool! I didn't think it would be that cool because they have so many customers all the time. I thought it was a regular shop but their shop is so unique. They add great smells to their flowers! I'm loving it! more

This flower shop easy to find. It shares a parking lot with Big Lots, so there are never any parking issues. The staff is creative and friendly. I have never felt rushed to make a decision, and have even enjoyed some of the recommendations that I received. The flowers are inexpensive, and in great health. They seem to last a bit longer than flowers from other florist. Each bouquet comes with instructions and plant food. more
