My wife and I recently went into the Floor Store to purchase new carpeting for the upstairs portion of our house. We had a really tight budget and we weren't really sure if we were going to be able to do it. The salesman there showed us some of their most inexpensive carpet but we decided that we might as well wait until we could afford what we wanted. The salesmen then told me about their 12 months no-interest financing which made it possible for us to get the Mohawk Silk carpet that we wanted. The installation went perfect with no problems at all. Oscar the installer was very neat and professional and I had a great experience here! I defiantly recommend the Floor Store to anyone looking for a great deal! more

My family and I recently were in need of some new carpeting for our home in Berkeley. We went into the Floor Store and were greeted by a very friendly sales staff who took the time to ask questions and to find out about our needs and desires. He recommended that we look at a very soft and completely stain resist carpet called Mohawk SmartStrand Silk because of our two little boys (you'd be surprised what two boys can get on a piece of carpet). The installer finished the job ahead of schedule and he was a true professional in every sense of the word! He was very friendly and took the time to make sure that he cleaned up after himself. We are very happy and we will for sure be going back when its time to get the hardwood for the rest of the house! Thank you Floor Store! :-) more

Brian was so great at helping steer me into the perfect area rug for my dining room. My husband appreciated that it sped up the decision process which he wasn’t interested in participating in. While we were there I checked out some of their beautiful tile so we will definitely be back when it’s time to remodel the kitchen and bathroom. more

My new floors look amazing now with the help of The Floor Store. They replaced our old carpet with bamboo floors. They really add to the Asian theme my wife has followed in decorating our home. the selection and service was excellent. I was greeted at the door by the store manager which was a very nice touch. He directed me around the store describing each of the products features and benefits at length. He even got me a glass of water as we walked around their showroom. I selected a product that was in stock and it was priced very competitively. The product was in stalled 2 days latter by a very nice installer that treated my house with respect. In these days of dwindling customer service. The floor store was a refreshing change. I would highly recommend them. more

We went to the Floor Store to purchase a new set of tiles to replace a border in our guest bath. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Their prices were pretty reasonable and the quality of the marble selection really was pretty choice for the price. more

My new floors looking amazing now with the help of the floor store. They replaced are old carpet with bamboo styled floors. They really add too the Asian theme my wife has implemented to our home. They had a large selection of floor styles and this one really hit the spot. The service was very helpful on narrowing down our choices. We didn't know they offered this style of bamboo flooring untill we visited the floor store. more
