I came in with a broken Lightning USB charger for my iPhone. Withou needing to explain the issue beyond showing the broken cord, I was given a replacement cord and rung out prompt...

Worst

Have had some good experiences, some disappointing - hoping to see improvement. Always willing to pay a little more to stay local and get the service, but not 5X the price on sim...

Great service, friendly, highly recommend 7/2/2012

I purchased a new Apple - Mac computer from Flint Audio Video. They set it up with the programs I need. They also totally cleaned my old computer and updated it with the newest programs that the computer could hold, to give to my son. They are personable and with any questions I have I feel totally free to just walk in and ask them. I can get help on anything I need. more

THE ONLY place I will ever bring my Mac to be fixed ever again. Aaron was wicked nice and helpful. Matt fixed my Mac AND upgraded the memory in about 2 days and personally called me to let me know what the problem was, how much it would cost (virtually nothing, esp. compared to what Apple would charge) and confirm that I wanted the work done once I had all the facts. Thank you so much guys! more

Outstanding Knowledgeable and Professional Customer Service 5/25/2012

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Flint Audio. I am a small business owner. My goal was to purchase a reliable computer and efficient Point of Sale (POS) Software for my small business. The owner, Dan Anton, listened attentively as I described my business needs. He patiently educated me on the options for my business. I am very pleased with my Apple and Lightspeed POS software. In addition, Dan recommended a new Merchant Accounts vendor which has saved me 30 on my credit card fees. Thanks Dan! Just as importantly, Dan's entire team is highly polished and well versed on all their products. They do not hard sell. Instead, they work with you to meet your needs. I highly recommend Flint Audio ... a young, technology minded team with old fashioned customer service and value system. Go Flint! more

I have purchased three televisions from Flint. They were delivered and installed within hours. When a white tv was not available for my kitchen, I was given a loaner until it was available. A quick exchange was arranged for a tv that did not meet my expectation. Today I had a television delivered to my disabled son in Warwick for Christmas. There was a problem with the Cox connection. My Flint guy, Jeremy, was the epitome of patience as he worked to resolve the problem. I cannot imagine buying a television anywhere else! more

I searched the web for an item that was no longer in stock anywhere else. I found it here. Called them & they were wonderful. I paid over the phone & it was shipped to me in Wisconsin. I received it in less than a week. It was perfect, exactly was I hoping for. Thanks so much for your excellent service!! more

Love this place. Everyone is alway so friendly there. I shopped all through Rhode Island looking for an Audio Video store to do my custom home theater, I'm so glad thatFlint was my choice! Every time I go there I seem to get exactly what I am looking for! Keep up the good work more

Great experience from purchase, installation, and service from Flint Audio and Video 4/2/2011

On March 14th, my wife and I visited Flint TV with the intent of puchasing our first HDTV. We were met by Dan Anton who provided us with a wealth of info on HD, plasma, led/lcd televisions. We looked at several sets in the showroom and settled on a 46" Sony Bravia. This one came with many bells and whistles including 3D. Dan explained they wre closeout models but were Sony's "Cadillac".and the price was right. We felt it was a great deal. Dan was very helpful in making the right decision for us. We were very pleased with the installation. Everything was operating before the Techs left. more
