Wonderful Customer Service!! 3/17/2011

I love these folks! I am in the Army and was on my way to be stationed in Germany when I placed my wifes 20 year anniversary ring on lay-away. They were always responsive when I called and asked questions and consistently mailed me receipts for my payments. They went well out of their way to help me make this special date perfect. This is where I shop for jewelry...period. more

Someone You Can Trust 3/5/2011

It is my 25 anniversary and I wished we still lived in Monroe area so I could go a pick out somehting nice for my husband, we have been dealing with Flairs for almost 40 yrs, Mr Seals has always been someone we knew we could trust and get our needs meets, If we needed to have something exchanged or made the staff was always very helpful. I was hoping tha they had a site to order from, we hope to get back to Monroe in time for me to buy for anniversay.. more

I only shop at Flair Jewelers of WM. The staff and owners are the best in the business! Everytime Im in the store Im greeted with smiles and helpfull attitudes. The repair work is done to perfection and in a timely manner and ive never been unsatisfied with anything ive bought and or had repaired there! more

Flair Jewelers is the BEST! 12/17/2009

Flair Jewelers is the best jewerly store in Monroe and West Monroe. The owner and all of the workers are so great with cusotmers. My son bought the wedding rings from there when he was engaged and then married. He had excellent service and the rings were magnificent! They also always clean my jewerly free of charge! I can't believe anyone could ever be displeased. more

Flair Jewelers is awesome 12/16/2009

I have always had a good experience with Flairs and whoever said they were awful, must have just been having a bad day when she wrote that. I'm no one special and they never have made me feel "un" important, and we have made several purchases with them, and they always smile, and they clean my rings for free whenever I'm on that side of town. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Their prices are good also. more

I went into this store one afternoon with my daughter. Three days before my anniversary because I just wanted something simple as a replacement guard. I left my name and phone nbr and I was never called back because the owner/jeweler took one look at me and assumed I could not afford it. That is not good. I took my business to Zales. I am so happy I did, if you're looking for really good service and professionalism -Go to Zales! more

Extremely Satisfied 1/26/2008

When my husband and I were getting married, we really didn't have any extra money to buy a gold or platinum wedding band for him. We went to Flair's first to check out their sterling silver collection and the staff was very nice and informative. We decided to shop around, but the other stores would not help because we wanted such an inexpensive ring. We went back to Flair's and they helped us decide on a ring. Although it was not an expensive purchase, the saleswoman still devoted all her time to us. She also had my ring cleaned free of charge. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else! more

Moderately priced jewelry, helpful staff 9/19/2005

The jewelry at Flair's is moderately priced. They also have some beautiful high-end items. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When my new ring was sized but fit just a little too snug, they stretched it about one-quarter of a size without charging me. They also cleaned some old gold pieces I had with me at no charge. Their service goes above and beyond the other jewelry stores here. I always recommend them to family and friends because of that. more
