The team at Fitness Together in Woodinville are the greatest! The day of my first appointment, I walked in the studio and was greeted by my name. They have created a fitness program that works for me and my individual goals, they are helping me with nutrition as well as customizing a fitness program for me to do on my own. I heard about FT through a local paper in Woodinville and one morning a year ago I decided to call. It had been years since I had worked out, ok two decades to be exact. I gained a lot of weight and was feeling really bad about myself. I was finally ready to make a change in my life but knew I couldn't do it on my own. I have worked with every trainer there and they are all amazing and really care. Im not going to lie they really push and motivate you to do your very best but because of that I have reached ALL my goals which included a 57lbs weight loss.
