Editorial review from Citysearch 9/6/2012

I just returned from a tour with Fellowship Tours to Hershey Pa & Amish country and it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The Lipps were wonderful people, and having 25 years experience in the tour industry, provided us the an excellent tour. I have already signed up for another tour with them. more

Charleston SC tour 11/28/2011

I went with FellowhipTours to Charleston SC this past summer. Never again will I travel with this company. The owners Margret and Doug are mean evil people. I thought was traveling with Christian folks.....not.......\r They took us to outlet shopping mall, My sister bought coach purses for all her children, I ask Margret where we should put them, She said I don't know, maybe the people on the bus would let us use the over head compartment.. Why do they plan a shopping trip if they won't let you bring anything back? Margret was the rudest person to people who were paying her. I have never in my life been treated any worse that these people treated us. I just got back from NY with SunShine tours....WONDERFUl.....I advise anyone to stay away from these people. Oh and by the way there was one whole compartment on the bus empty. These people don't deserve a 1 star rating. Margret and Doug take a trip with SunShine and see what hospitality, kindness, fun and laughter is. more

had a wonderful time with fellowship tours. 8/16/2009

My fiancee and I went on the smokie mountain railroad tour in bryson city nc august 15, 2009 and had a wonderful time. The bus driver Jim and Kathy the tour guide went the extra mile to accomadate me since I have to use a wheel chair to get around. Jim would get my wheelchair out of the storage compartment and have it ready for me when I got off the bus at stops and Kathy would go ahead and make sure the acomadations were met for me at the stops. Jim and Kathy where very courtious and so helpful. I highly recommend the tour to the smokies to anyone who is thinking about going to bryson city. Thank you fellowship tours for a wonderful time. Pros: the bus driver and tour guide went the extra mile for me Cons: no cons more

Avoid their tour 10/19/2008

This tour line is the most unaccommodating. The owners are the tour guides. The motels were cheap and unclean. The attitude of Margaret and Doug was horrendous. They were rude, spiteful, very defensive with customer remarks, informed us that they were in charge and things were their way, or no way. Very hostile, with Margaret listening to passengers, then going straight to Doug to report what she heard. Seating at shows was bad, evidently the cheap seats. Not viewable and plenty of good seats unused. They did not associate with the passengers at stops. He as a driver is not in the best of health, and should not be a driver.Restroom was off limits they said only for use in an emergency. I would not recommend taking a tour with this company. Cons: poor inter action, cheap rooms, no restroom use, rude, vendictive, ignorant, blasphemous, non christian attitudes. more
