I've had mixed results over the past 7 years in dealing with Fausak's. The thing to realize is that there are several locations, and each one has different personnel, ergo, different quality of service. \r
Of the two in Mobile, I recommend the Schillinger location. They are kind of slow, but they have a lot of customers which makes it understandable. The one on Government street- well, let's just say that the tire salesman was very rude - basically insulted me because I drove my sportscar fast. (was rough on the tires.)\r

The one in Daphne - these guys are okay. Not too slow, but not terribly busy either. The waiting area definitely needs some improving compared to the ones in Mobile, but the prices are more reasonable. I highly recommend you take your mechanic donuts, or some other food. They seem to work harder for me when I do so.
