Fairbanks Dodge

We were in the market for a car and I wanted a used Jeep Cherokee. We were just driving around looking at different dealerships and found one at Fairbanks Dodge that we fell in love with. On top of that we were actually going to get a second car for my husband. Basically we were willing to make a deal and sign the papers on the spot for two cars but we did have a maximum dollar amount in mind and we weren't going over it. Well after hours and hours and circles and circles the salesman and managers kept trying to convince us that we could afford the slightly higher amount and it wasn't that much more than we asked for. They were very high pressure and we ended up just walking out and buying our cars elsewhere. I really feel that they didn't want or care about our business and they were what give car salesman the "bad name" they sometimes have. more

We have bought three of our cars from this dealer. There are always helpfull salesmen standng by, and always ready to help. If you don't want a salesman and just want to "look around", at this location is no problem. They have the best manager(s) I have seen, what I mean is, if you like a car and want to get it cheaper just see the managers and bargain with them, they will 99.99% of the time give you a heck of a deal. The best deal we got there was for our 2004 Dodge GrandCaravan it has tinted windows, DVD/LCD, all power, and we got it for less than $19K brand new of course. Fairbanks Dodge is the ideal car dealership if you like to shop without hassles. They do not attack you as you walk in the door and they do not use high pressure sales tactics to sell you a car. They are fair and honest and let you make your choice without feeling like you are pinned againt a wall. They also invite you back for routine servicing of your car and make you feel comfortable as you sit and wait for your car to be ready. This is a high class establishment. more

I recently visited fairbanks with my brother to help him buy a van for his wife. I was very please with how the sales people just introduced themselves and then left us alone to browse. Once he picked out a van he liked it was like he just raised his hand and the salesman was there. He let us go for a test drive by ourselves and then we came back and it was the fastest sale ive ever seen done in my life. THey are great! A+ in my book. more
