Terrible experience. Has declined in staff, customer service over recent years. Also unable to process insurance claims properly, which means you get big hospital bills you were told were covered! Isn't that a form of insurance fraud? Head doc is not up on autism but thinks she is, and the CST team doesn't know new special ed laws at all. Beware- you're throwing your money away. no one cares if you complain- this is not the place to go for advice or state of the art childcare. The social worker is a joke- and he's nasty, too!
Pros: I won't have to go there again!
Cons: poor experience all around. Used to be great.
