Go here if you want to be ripped off they cost me over $500 i damage they don't care about others. Go anywhere but here.

Doing my part to help small business owners in the greater Seattle area. This place is exactly the kind of business I want to support. Family run, honest and hard working individuals. I used to carry the misconception that small businesses charge more money for products and services just by virtue of being small. This is not the case with Factory - the owner takes a lot of pride in his business, which transcends the quality work and excellent customer service. Glad I found this little gem! more

I love this place! Being a woman, I was really nervous to go buy tires on my own. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. There was an extremely friendly staff and I got a great deal on my tires along with wonderful service! I highly recommend going here! more

Edmonds best locally owned tire shop 12/15/2011

Went in to get a new set of tires and an alignment done. I saved tons of money and got great service. The alignment guy was cool and explained all of the specs. They got it done fast and perfect. I will steer clear of the big names and get more personalized work done right here at Factory Direct Tire. more

I will never return to Schwab, I have had the best experience buying tires and wheels.
