My experience with Extermco Pest Control was fantastic. I had shopped around a little and gotten quotes from a few other companies. Most would come and do an inspection and not really know what they were talking about. The technician who came from Extermco was a manager who wasn't just a ground-level employee and showed me that everything would turn out fine when I was explaining our bedbug infestation. He reassured me that it wasn't that bad and that it would be an easy fix. He set up some traps and sure enough, they were gone within a couple of weeks when he returned to do another full inspection. All in all, I found them to be very easy to work with and everyone on the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They got rid of our bedbugs very efficiently and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent exterminator. more

Friendly and good customer service. 12/11/2014

I have always been happy with Extermco Pest Control. Nigel is fantastic. He's a very nice person, and gets the job done. Our pest issue was quite bad when he had first come in, but after his regular visits we have had no problems. I like Extermco so much that I have already recommended them to my friends and handed out their cards. I will definitely continue to use them. Betty Elliot more

Knowledgeable and Thorough 12/9/2014

I was recommended to Extermco Pest Control by my mother for roach control. I had a really bad situation with roaches and the I have seen a reduction of this pest. Ray was really good explaining everything to me and was very knowledgeable. He really knew what he was doing. I have already recommended him to my sister-in-law and will call them soon! more

Excellent service for a good price 12/8/2014

We had a problem with bugs, so we called Extermco Pest Control. They came in one day and gave us a price. They were able to do everything the next day. They charged what they quoted, and they were very professional. They did an indoor treatment. So far, the treatments have been effective. I haven't noticed any more bugs. more

Extermco Pest Control was very friendly and they worked with my schedule. They hardly ever have pest control problems but whenever we do, we can always count on Extermco Pest Control. We have never had any problems with them. more

Professional, polite, and timely service 9/30/2014

I just started using Extermco Pest Control two months ago when I took over an apartment complex, and am happy with their work. They always show up when expected and are professional and polite. The only issue I have is that they won't spray the units where there are children, even when we put out a 48 hour notice for our tenants, but I'm sure they know what they're doing with their chemicals so I can't really complain. Overall they provide a great service and I will continue to use them. more

Great customer service 9/10/2014

I tried out Extermco because my usual pest control service which I had been using for years was struggling to get rid of my latest roach problem. Extermco managed to wipe out all of the roaches within two weeks and now I am living bug-free once again. Now I have them as my primary pest control experts and they provide preventative treatments to the exterior of my house every month. The service is excellent and I highly recommend Extermco. more

Extermco Pest Control is prompt, friendly, and thorough. They showed up right on time and were able to effectively rid us of our roach problem in a timely manner. We had no issues with their service whatsoever. They were knowledgeable and provided great pest control at a fair price. I'm glad to have found them to take care of our problem. more

Reasonable prices and great service 9/8/2014

Extermco Pest Control was great about explaining everything. Justin was great about telling my renters what they had to do, and giving the papers showing what they needed to do. Justin was on time, considerate, and I enjoyed working with them. The prices were reasonable. more

Just excellent 6/25/2014

Extermco Pest Control thoroughly inspected the house and was very good about telling me about whatever they found. They were here when I needed them and did the work when someone was there at the house. I couldn't even tell they were there. I've been a customer of Extermco Pest Control for years, and I've always had exemplary service from them. They show up on time, and often times they're waiting in the driveway ahead of time for me to come out. They're courteous, professional and obviously experts at what they do. They're the right company to go to if you have a problem, and they're the right company to stay with to prevent continuing problems. The best recommendation I have is that I've been using them for years, and I'm quite satisfied! more

I'm very pleased with Extermco Pest control! They did a great job. This was my first time using their services. My sister is in Van Buren and she had some relatives move in with her who brought bugs with them. My sister isn't well and she had a hired helper that tried to take care of it, but it didn't work. So I looked in the local papers and saw a coupon for a deal and decided to try them out. They have been great so far and we're going to stay with them for a couple more months to finish up the job. They explained everything well and we're very happy so far. more

I would highly recommend Extermco Pest Control. They are very nice, and they are very quick about what they need to do. They keep their appointments. You can prepay or pay when they get there. I've been using them about two months, and it's been pretty good so far. I had a really bad pest problem before, but now it's barely there. They will respray within the first two months for free if they missed something. more

Efficient and Thorough. 2/27/2014

Extermco Pest Control saved the day! I had never had a roach problem before. I bought an article at a garage sale and ended up with an issue. The guys that came out were so nice and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about roaches and they explained everything to me. I was given information about after care which was very helpful. My problem was completely resolved, thanks to Extermco Pest Control! Pleasant people to work with. Really enjoy this company. 1/30/2014

I moved into my home fifteen years ago, and I continued the termite contract that the previous owners had with Extremco Pest Control. They have been taking care of this house for 30+ years. They do a yearly checkup for termites, and I recently had them check for ants, too. The fellows that I have worked with are extremely friendly and pleasant. They are clean when they come over and always do a good, nice job. I really enjoy this company's customer service. I would recommend them to anybody. more
