i just had my baby boy with exodus thank god he is ok this place is so rude . tells you things that are not true they said i was high risk n n my sugar pressure was high in when i told them that i did not have high sugar levels n wouldn't test my self they came up with a nick name miss i dont have high sugar levels that's not the way u talk to a person .anyway DO NOT GO HERE WOMEN THEY ARE NO GOOD PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO GO TO more

I would absolutely recommend to stay away from this clinic. Unfortunately being so close in proximity and convenience to St. Joseph's Hospital you think the level of care for their patients would be a lot better. They dont' care about patients. They treat them like cattle. One minute you are inside and they do a quick check up and no exageration the longest visit would probably be 5 minutes. The wait is longer than the visit. The doctors do not care about the patient and all I have to say to them, is that mom and babies are people. And you should care for them. When i got sick on my last weeks of pregnancy after an uneventful pregnancy, ,not one of them came in to visit or explain to me while I was at the hospital what was going on. They threw me in the hospital and left me there for weeks. Not to checkup on me, talk to me about what was happening or how I was doing, NOTHING. The nurses at St. Josephs took very good care of me But as ""my"" doctor they never came to see me, just the one time the doctor was delivering the baby via C-section (by the way, that was the first day i met ""MY DOCTOR"" was the day when I was delivering; since they have a rotation system so every visit you see someone new-not necessarily your doctor or for that matter even a doctor-most of the times is a midwive). Not knowing anything at all or that anyone care for that matter, I had a major nervous breakdown worried if God forbid, something would happen to me, and leave my precious child. more

very bad experience Unfortunatly very unprofesional, specially when they call u with the pap smear results the alarmed you !! stating that u have a problem and when u ask if the dr saw already the results they said NO......DONT UNDERSTAND really, ohhh and also when u ask to get your medical records faxed to the dr (pcp) (that is included the release form information HIPAA) they are not doing it ......I hope that they will chg with all this messages GOOD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE plz do something about it starting from office staff and dr's too...... NOT RECOMENDED more

Horrible! I have never had a more terrible experience in my life. It was dirty and the staff and doctors were extremely unprofessional. The bathroom was nasty, and there was no place to put urine samples, so you had to walk around the hallways carrying it. The urine samples were never labeled and when I was there, they even got them mixed up! The rooms did not have separate changing rooms, bathrooms, or even a curtain to change behind! I was butt naked when the doctor just barged in, and didn't even bother to see if I was clothed yet! Her name was Dr. Vicky Klutts. She never even apologized! I am a teacher in my 20's, and had just come from work. I was dressed professionally, and I always wear my engagement and wedding ring. I couldn't believe it when the doctor told me she didn't believe I was married, and accused me of lying on my form simply because I had forgotten to fill out my husband's phone number! Of course, I decided to never go back again, so I went in the following week to get my results transferred to a different clinic. They had actually lost all my tests and did not even have on record that I had been there! After a week, they found my bloodwork and pap-smear results, but never found my urine samples or ultrasound results! more

I called my 23 year old daughter to say that I would be late to an event we had set up. I said that I was waiting at a gynocologist's office and it did not look good. She said, ""Oh my gosh! You are not at Exodus in Brandon are you?"" Of course I was, and she immediately told me how awful it was. Unfortunately, I stayed and waited forever for my turn. After decent treatment by the staff and doctors, but being DISGUSTED by the operation of the ""clinic"", I discovered that my daughtrer had had a TOO similar, very poor experience. NO name on urine cups that patients circle around with. Urine cups in the sink. No privacy. It plainly felt dirty everywhere. Hippa laws were violated and it can not possibly be a JACO certified office. I will report this to my insurance company and will write additional poor reviews because it was a scary experience. more

A disgruntled individual is one thing but the things you are saying are just personal and out of line. You are definitely a person that has no ideal how to assess any organization without throwing in emotional nonsense and comments that show someone that is a bit of a racist person. It is a OBGYN clinic for goodness sakes, there will be pregnant women there and of course they will have other children too. Just like a bad program on TV if you don't like it just simply change the channel. God bless you... more

There's not enough space here to describe this practice.If you have insurance do NOT go here - all the offices are the SAME - GHETTO MEDICAID WELFARE TRASH. Waiting room is filled with pregnant women and their collection of 8 kids, 8 baby daddies in prison for various crap - I know this because they were more than loud with their stories. All the while, my husband and I are sitting there for our first prenatal visit after 4 years and thousands of dollars on IVF to get pregnant. 2 hours past my appointment time I get called back only to be raped by the sonogram wand and the tech doing the test who tells me there is no heartbeat. No sympathy or compassion from her, the staff or even the doctor!!! This is a thurs. I'm told to come back monday. I'm not sure why but in my fragile emotional state, I agree. So here's monday and again 2 hours after my appt time, I get called back, the dr comes in, sees my chart, doesn't touch me and says I need a D&C, come up to the front desk and we'll schedule it. 2 weeks later I go in to find out about the pathology report and the genetic testing done on our baby. Again, vitals are taken in front of everyone else, they ask me why I'm here, while the lady in front of me is having an IUD placed because she doesn't want ""another one of these"" for at least 5 years (as she points to her infant!!!) So they have no records from the hospital. They call medical records and the MA is giving my social and full name over the phone, which is right next to another patient!! Tell me to wait in the waiting room, it will be about 10 min. An HOUR later, I tell them I am leaving. I will NEVER go back there!! I will get my own records and find another OB office. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go here!! I will be filing a complaint to their HR department as well as the AMA for HIPAA violations! If I could give them negative stars I would!! Pros: NONE!! Cons: EVERYTHING!! more
