I have been renting from Executives for 7 months now. This is my third rental property (first from them) and their ineptitude just doesn't compare. Not even including the huge hassle of getting the house (we had them flip flop on multiple properties prior to this one with other applicants and deposits and so on) there has been so much trouble since signing the lease. Prior to move in we were told the yard would be grassed, two weeks later, the day before move in (trucks were rented and time was taken off from work) they attempted to push back our move in date by 3 days as the house had still not been cleaned. At move in we were given a list of well over a dozen things with ""Work orders"" that would be completed. Among that the massive pile of leaves would be hauled, gravel added to the driveway, the trash all over the property would be collected, the fridge would be repaired, the yard grassed, back light fixture replaced, gutters cleaned and many many more. Over the first month we contacted them by phone about twice a week concerning the fridge (which was leaking towels worth of water daily) as well as the toilet which was also leaking. After over a month they had someone come out and replace a shelf in the fridge (they did not repair the leak) and after 3 different times of maintenance coming out they stopped the toilet from leaking. Every time we would contact them, we would remind of the rest of the outstanding work orders. 3 months later we were finally told leaves would be hauled (we had already taken care of the trash) and that the yard would be grassed as well as a new roof on the shed on the property and gravel for the driveway. 1 month later people came out and repaired the bottom 2 feet of shed roofing on each side and leaving all the old roofing on the ground nearby along with other trash. A couple 5lb bags of gravel were dropped in the driveway and that was it. We contacted them again reminding of grassing the yard, hauling the leaves, cleaning the gutter and repairing the outdoor light fixture. Two weeks later we receive in the mail a bill for $39 for having someone come out and ""look"" at the light fixture and gutters. They said the light fixture worked (the glass was broken which they were supposed to replace) and the gutters had gutter guards (we were told they would be cleaned and they hadn't yet, so we assumed they still needed to be). So the bill was for someone to look at in-completed work orders, work orders which should have been completed by them for free. We paid the bill as it was near rent and on a holiday weekend (stupid mistake). in the 3 Months since we have done everything from call, email, to go in to their office in person. Last time I was there I brought in printed copies of the move-in work order, pictures of the light fixture, copies of all email attempts (they would not reply to emails sent to either our property manager or the owner). I was told the stack of papers showing our attempts to contact them would be left on the owners desk and I would hear back. That is well over a month ago. As it is 7 months of living in this house we still have handful of work orders not completed and highly doubt they ever will. When our lease ends in May we are getting out of this place and never looking back. Worse experience from a rental agency ever. more

I am a career renter. Over the last 15 years I have rented every size and shape of property. I prefer renting from individuals and small companies but have occasionally signed with large corporate developments. I find Executives to be a nice combination of the three. My wife and I have been renting from Executives for four years now and we plan to continue to do so. We have found the staff to be professional, friendly, and generally very easy to access. We rent a very nice property in a near-storybook, middle-class neighborhood for a very fair rate. As required by the lease, we do our part to protect and maintain the property, and even improve it when we can. We are very proud of our place and are daily thankful for the opportunity to live here. We pay our rent on time, maintain the place as if it were our own, and promptly report maintenance issues before they become major problems. The company annually inspects the property and makes detailed notes of repairs and improvements that THEY will make and (in accordance with the lease) they may also make the tenant aware of any responsibilities for repair or maintenance that may exist on their part. I think a good and responsible tenant, one who knows and upholds his end of the bargain, should have nothing but a positive experience with Executives. We certainly have!! more

First, I have purshased and lived in four homes during my adult life. The best company that I have ever worked with is Executives Inc Realty Group. I was taken care of on every level. Even though the inspector missed a few things, Brown Peason caught it and ensured my interest came first. Although, I have not dealt with the company as a renter, I would not think twice and use them in a heartbeat. If you are truly unhappy with your experience renting I would suggest finding another compay or figure out how to purchase a permanent residence. more

WOW, where to begin...their is not enough space to write my total astonishment for the lack of professionalism that this ""company"" ""provides"" (JOKE). It starts at the top with the owner Brown Pearson, and trickles down to that RUDE joke of a staff he calls employee's! My advice to any and all tenants that are ever thinking of renting from this company is ""do your research"", check out other reviews. If you do decide to rent from them (BIG MISTAKE)...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!! VIDEO RECORD YOUR MOVE IN. If their is a problem with them do not call, send email's that way you have proof you have talked to them for they will surely put you on the back burner if you do not follow up with them. One example, I have asked for 2 years for them to cut ONE (of the many) DEAD limbs hanging above the driveway. And only after it fell on my car did they do anything about it. I had to threaten a lawsuit for them to even pay my deductable. Word of advice STAY AWAY!!!!!! more

Best of the Best 5/4/2011

Executives Inc Realty Group are the best. I can not understand why some folk feel it neccessary to put them down. Anyone who has worked with Professionalism, know I am right. My family is a second time renter and there is no place else we want to be. To all the ""Haters"", who try to trash this great company, Shame on you and the rest...E.I.R.G. is best of the best. more

Best Lanlord/Property Management I have ever dealt with! 5/4/2011

I am shocked by the negative review about Executives Inc. My experience with them was nothing but pleasant and wonderful. Everyone that I dealt with at Executives during my almost 2 years was more than helpful and handled any question, concern, or issue I had was dealt with ASAP with as little inconvienence to my family as possible. My lawn was never tall, there was never trash in my yard or loud parties. Those issues fall under the category of TENANT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. There is only so much a landlord can do to remedy and issue if he/she never knows about it. The tenant's rights, responsibilities, rules and regulations are spelled out very clearly in the lease. If a tenant does not abide by that he/she should be held accountable, but Executives is not at fault. I was told in my neighborhood that they could not believe the property I lived in was a rental because it was so well-maintained and quiet. Thank you a thousand times Executives for everything! You were great. more

What a group of jerks 9/2/2010

If I could give no stars I would. Teriible properties that are not kept up. Tall lawns, trash in yards, loud parties ect. Groups response to concerns are uncaring to down right rude. They never answer the phone and could care less about the eyesores they leave in your communities. more
